The male pc struck me as a very difficult character to deal with, he repeatedly refused to treat PTTP with impartiality and high praise to PTTP for tennaciously persisting in bringing him back into line.only to see him again swiftly go off track,
Pleased to hear that although PTTP did not give them enough rope to fully hang themselves on this occasion he intends to take the matter furher with a civil prosecution.
I note that although the pc had his bodycam switched on whilst he was dealing with PTTP when they went outside and he was finally listening to PTTP's side of the story it was switched off! Therefore since he never bothered to take a single note in writing he is unlikely to be able to recall all the details.
Of course we know why he did this, because he really doesn't care a shit and was all the time intending to do nothing!
As PTTP utimately resolved to do, the only way is to sue them, the regular complaints system is a sham and a waste of time and the pc's nonchelant and persistent abuse of PTTP confirms it.
Of course this means that we the public will pay the bill and there will be only minimal inconvenience to the pigs who will just continue to cry out to the government for more taxpayers money!
The service that the Auditing community is doing the public is well worth it, and if they never issue complaints within the phoney system this can only save money!
No one knows what the pc said to the Jobcentre morons and there may be no way to find out if it was anywhere near appropriate.
Attempting to ban PTTP from visiting any other Jobcentres that day is just yet more utterly unjustifiable bullshit!
IT JUST CONFIRMS AS ALLWAYS, SO MUCH OF THE INSTANCIATION OF THE STATE IS A SELF SERVING INSTITUTION AND THE POLICE AT BEST SEE THEIR JOB AS BEING MERELY TO OPPRESS SECTIONS OF THE POPULATION THAT IT CRASSLY PERCEIVES AS BEING DISRUPTIVE IN FLAGRANT VIOLATION OF THE SPIRIT OF THE LAW.
The very best of luck with the prosecution PTTP though you should not need it!

The male Plod laid out the investigation 'findings' after speaking to only one side of the situation whilst deliberately ignoring the video evidence that would clearly show that the complainers were the offenders. He was more interested in that pathetic lazy Police tactic of "to hell with the investigation, I MUST GET ID" or he knew that he would be standing in front of his sergeant within hours, explaining why one person was not identified. This whole event is a summary of basic Police investigative techniques; Assume, Threaten, Lie, Inveigle, Lie, Detain, Lie, Arrest, Lie. This is why all Police cannot be trusted.

My father bought our local police station when they built a new one as we had a large family. We got friendly with some of the cops who often popped in for a coffee. When the Birmingham 6 trial was on my friend and I went every day to watch it as one of the cops on court duty was a cop that often came to our house and he let us in. I was particularly struck by the main evidence which seemed to indicate explosive powder on their hands because I knew from my grandfather that you would get that trace from playing cards and the men had said they were playing cards. The men did not know that this could happen but I am sure the police must have known, if I knew at aged 14, but used it against them to get the conviction. It came out years later that the swabs taken from the hands was from playing cards. This meant that not only were innocent men sitting in jail for years where one died but there were real bombers still out there ready to bomb. To me that is treason against the people of this country.

Surely, telling someone that they will be arrested if they aren't forthcoming with their personal details is tantamount to blackmail.

Would it be possible to not settle, but take this copper to a court to get him convicted for violating your rights and privacy? Around 15:48 he say "I'm not there, i have not seen what's happen, so i'm not sure." but eventhough he wasn't there and haven't seen, and doesn't know what happend, he assumes you're the one in the wrong. And says he has reasonable suspicion, while he says himself he has no clue what's happend. The clown even says your on private land.

If you were so sure you were right, why comply with them, surely you’d let them arrest you then take them to court…Assuming you were actually right in the first place! 🤔🤥
