𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
Chicken breasts - 2 small or one big sliced horizontally into 2
Onions - 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic cloves - 3 to 4 (minced)
Water or chicken stock - 1/4 cup
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Fresh cream - 200 mL
Nutmeg powder - 1/8 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp for the sauce and 1/4 tsp for sprinking on the chicken
Freshly crushed pepper - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 4 tbsp
Parsley or coriander for garnish
“𝑶𝒉 𝑾𝒐𝒘” 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒆:
1. Wash and pat the chicken dry. Pound them gently and sprinkle with salt and freshly crushed pepper on both the sides.
2. Heat butter in a pan and fry the chicken on low flame for 10 mins on each side or until done. Set them aside.
3. Heat little more butter on the same pan and add the finely chopper onions. Saute for 2 mins. Add the minced garlic and saute for 2 more mins.
4. Add the water or chicken stock and bring it to boil. Now add the lemon juice and let it boil till the water reduces.
5. Add the fresh cream and mix well. Now add salt and nutmeg powder. Place the cooked chicken breasts into the sauce and simmer for 5 more mins. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Garnish with parsley or coriander and enjoy the juicy and creamy chicken!
