Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
5 garlic cloves
1 onion
170ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth or warm water
170ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
handful of Parsley
juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Other channels have way too much to say when we really just want to learn the recipe!. Everytime I see someone who seems to be "masterclass" in the cooking arena, I realize how much better knives, pans, and basically any kitchen utensil you can think of... that they have that are 100 times better than what I have 😅😅😅

This is a great recipe. Had it with some brown rice and potatoes. The sauce/gravy was good to top the chicken and rice when serving.

I just made this recipe for my mother and I for dinner tonight. I used some white rice and poured the sauce over it, topped with the chicken. I added some wandra to the recipe and it was amazing!! 8/10 for sure
