    I think I will reduce the feet elevation from 40cm to 30cm for the tilting push ups next time. Hopefully, that will enable me to keep all the sets continuous throughout the whole circuit.

    Looks like fun circuit, I might try something like this too. All I've been doing lately is squats with a bag, with some random filler in-between. I liked the look of those push ups, never tried that last exercise in the circuit either, it looks like it'd be interesting to try aswell.
    Since I've found your channel, I've had plenty of inspiration as of late. I appreciate the effort!!💪🔥

      Thank you! I'm glad to hear that! Of the tilting push ups I've made an explanatory video last year. The slingbell side lateral raises are pretty intuitive, I guess, but there is a shorter video about them, too, from earlier this year, if I remember correctly.

    Hi man i know this has nothing to do with the video but i do not know any other place to go i do not know if you can help but here what happened to me i was in a rush to get workout done because of a busy day and i was doing pushup with a dumbbell on my back and it falls off my back and hit my right SHOULDER and it hurts on the back of my SHOULDER and side of it like a lot any ideas ?

      Can you move your arm freely (without holding any weight?) In any case, if it doesn't get better in a couple of days, by all means have the affected shoulder checked by a doctor! Unfortunately, right now from what you wrote, I'm not able to understand the exact pathomechanism, but I hope it is just a contusion that won't need any special treatment.
