- The Los Angeles Police Department in California released bodycam footage of a shootout between officers and an allegedly armed suspect on June 17. Police responded to a 911 call about a man who was apparently pointing a gun at construction workers. Responding officers confronted the suspect, who then allegedly began shooting at officers, who returned fire. The suspect fled and was later located outside a nearby home where officers arrested him. The suspect suffered several non-life threatening gunshot wounds and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

What? Guns are firing? Let me just walk in between you and the suspect….🤦🏼♀️🤯. What’s wrong with the bystanders??
🙄
well some people don't think when in a panic not everyone is with a calm collected mind when gunfire breaks out they lose situtational awareness or just want to get away as fast as they can but don't always go the right way to do so. It's why police have to be sharp eyed and have muzzle control to not flag innocents
That’s how LA roll. Gun shoots are just a part of normal life. People has business to handle. C’mon now. Nobody is as prefect as you are.
@@livefreevinnie they will no longer be alive neither if they gey shot by the crossfire.

I am flabbergasted with the idiocy of many pedestrians witnessing a shootout and still walking in front of the cops with cell phones in hand. Don’t tell me they don’t know a bullet can kill
Apparently you don’t know LA or lived in a crazy city. Believe it or not people become complacent and desensitized seeing and hearing BS everyday.
The pedestrians AT the shootout were running 1:40 . The second part of the video was a few blocks away after the police got back in their car and drove there. No one there could know what was happening.

Many comments of people claiming what they would do or should do in a shootout, but when it actually happens to you it is completely different.
The first part is trying to fight your mind trying to go into shock that you might die any second, and you cannot believe someone is actually shooting a gun at you.
The second part is actually trying to maintain discipline and skill to either fire back, or flee the area with a someone calm demeanor. People who have never actually been in a gun fight or have had a gun pulled on them, will have a hard time processing how it is really like when something crazy like that is actually happening to you.

@@rumham7466 I think that only applies when its not apparent. In this case he was apparently armed.
