This has to be one of the most complete flows I have done. Front and back body equally represented! I am super tight from weights and running as well as desk work and this pace was PERFECT! I could hold postures long enough to get a release. My new favorite!

Yes, keeping well. Have just finished a 7-week series of Hatha yoga with one of my favourite teachers at the studio, Alex Belcourt. Like you, she’s always coming up with interesting and challenging variations on a pose and delivers her cues at a hypnotic pace. As I write, it looks increasingly likely that we’ll be entering another lockdown! If that is the case, I’ll be back with you more often. Thank you for everything you do, you are a fantastic addition to the international yoga community.

It took more than 12 weeks full lockdown here to get numbers down and our cases were 750 p day at worst. Just can’t imagine how they contain what’s happening now in uk, across Europe and U.S! Oh! This is definitely a strong flow, I was totally sweaty to the point where perspiration was stinging my eyes! I would normally reserve a practice like this when. I’m well slept & energetic x as you say... keep going cause it’s those days that you emerge invigorated from a practice like this. 🙏
I decided to do a stronger class tonight and no wonder this video is almost 25k views. TBH it was too strong for me, I could only do 35 min. I was dead. My wrists my, arms, my shoulders were dying from that many vinyasas. This is going to be my challenge practice and I will return on it every week to see the improvement.
Yep… this one is strong and dynamic for sure. I was sweating buckets! If you return to it next week just do 1/2 the vinyasas and see how you go… pace yourself. The postures are all accessible but what makes it strong is the steady pace, holds and push ups. Well done on practicing some of it…. And really amazing to do at the end of the day when you’re probably tired x be kind to yourself… 🙏

Got the cuing this time on the early seated twist (misunderstood in a different class or was unfocused that day ... IDK) - thanks. Was “scared” of the title, but found I could do most of the sequence. Enjoyed the class - challenged by the side plank add-on, but #Goals. :-)
Awesome Becky! Yes... not an advanced class just brisk with mostly familiar poses. The side plank option I found is all technique.... weight into foot on the floor and lean forward a bit xx great you had the courage to do it and we’re able to do it. I was sweating so much it was stinging my eyes at the end :-) haha
Oh this was strong and some days is SO ok to do less! I do less all the time xxx plan on 60... do 30 and I feel satisfied xxx I was sweating within 20 min when filming this one! I hope you’re enjoying a lovely week x take care 🙏 fi

That was an interesting variation of Patita Tarasana (Fallen Triangle). I should have known better than to attempt it with sore glutes :P Thank you for another lovely class. Yogas chitta vritti nirodhaha (Yoga settles the restlessness of the mind)!

Oh! This is definitely a strong flow, I was totally sweaty to the point where perspiration was stinging my eyes! I would normally reserve a practice like this when. I’m well slept & energetic x as you say... keep going cause it’s those days that you emerge invigorated from a practice like this. 🙏
I decided to do a stronger class tonight and no wonder this video is almost 25k views. TBH it was too strong for me, I could only do 35 min. I was dead. My wrists my, arms, my shoulders were dying from that many vinyasas. This is going to be my challenge practice and I will return on it every week to see the improvement.
Yep… this one is strong and dynamic for sure. I was sweating buckets! If you return to it next week just do 1/2 the vinyasas and see how you go… pace yourself. The postures are all accessible but what makes it strong is the steady pace, holds and push ups. Well done on practicing some of it…. And really amazing to do at the end of the day when you’re probably tired x be kind to yourself… 🙏

Got the cuing this time on the early seated twist (misunderstood in a different class or was unfocused that day ... IDK) - thanks. Was “scared” of the title, but found I could do most of the sequence. Enjoyed the class - challenged by the side plank add-on, but #Goals. :-)
Awesome Becky! Yes... not an advanced class just brisk with mostly familiar poses. The side plank option I found is all technique.... weight into foot on the floor and lean forward a bit xx great you had the courage to do it and we’re able to do it. I was sweating so much it was stinging my eyes at the end :-) haha
