    Ingredients:
    For the tart shell:
    2 ½ cups almond flour
    2 tbsp xylitol
    ½ tsp xanthan gum
    3 ½ oz butter
    1 tsp of lemon zest
    For the filling:
    1 cup xylitol
    1 tsp arrowroot
    1 tsp xanthan gum
    lemon juice and lemon zest from 2 lemons
    2 tbsp butter
    4 egg yolks
    For the meringue:
    4 egg whites
    4 tbsp powdered erythritol
    5g net carbs for serving
