    looking at 6:35, considering that intel's e-cores dont always get used in games (yet they count towards CPU utilization), its possible that the game is CPU limited and not bandwidth limited. Did you do any tests on this, like lowering the resolution to see if performance increased? Id love to know!

    • @Hubwood
      @Hubwood  6 місяців тому +5

      Yepp I did, not CPU limited.
      The 125H "only" is an i5, but it's not the limiting factor here.

    eGPU even on TB3 is great, but not for gaming. It's awesome for video editing and AI tasks, you can run it even on $200 Thinkpad turnining it into ultimate workstation. Difference for example in Davinci Resolve on TB3 vs PCIexpress are minimal.

      My brothers already got a 3050 laptop but thr 4gb vram kills the performance so it would be worth it for him

      @@racing_mntage1584 not worth it, instead of buying an external 3060 gpu save money, sell your 3050 laptop for $200 add $400 to that and buy yourself a 4060 laptop used or a 4050 laptop brand new
