Maybe the win condition is the flowers the game keeps potining too? Idk if it's even in the map at this point but if it is then Idk it may be worth a shot. 🤷
I think the flowers are pointing for you to hide, since all signs point you to not reach the star, the signs on the flowers may mean that you shouldt reach the mountain or that you should hide in the flower bush

There's likely no win condition and the game might be telling you the only thing you *can* do is hide.

Even if You do beat the glitched up version of Mario You will still get killed by Him at least some other UA-camrs have that in Their Videos so absolutely nothing different happens.@@ultradriverms
It makes sense there to be no "win condition", the objective is not to reach the top, its to "leave" It would be funny if the alternate ending is just closing the game when the timer is running
I was able to beat the clock by 26 seconds and there is no star. I really hope there's actually some secret to get the fifth star and get the "good ending".
Around the beginning of the game the arrows pointed towards the flowers… Maybe try getting to the flowers once the race starts idk, could be the win condition…

As a sm64 speedrunner myself, the second I saw that timer, I went mach speed. I reached the top with like 10 seconds left

I think it would've been neat for there to actually be a a star up there. An alternative ending would've be interesting.

Press left bumper on the title screen, you'll hear Mario go "D'oh" and then your progress will be gone

I was wondering what would happen if you hide in the patch of flowers near the arrow signs pointing down while the glitched mario chases you.

for me there was alot of red mist for some reason
also if the timer ends and you reset you will end up beating the game anyway
