Just some critique. when you condensed the 2 separate clips at 1:12 , maybe instead have a still image like you did at 1:06 showing the 2 spots but more in the spotlight. After that you could either transition to a clip immediately relative which spot you're talking about, or keep the image there longer until you start talking about your first spot.

this video is less for sniper mains and more for spy and scout players

There’s actually a really easy workaround towards tryhard snipers: Medic equipped with the Vaccinator spamming Bullet Resistances. The more medics you got? The better, pair those with Heavies, and you’ve got next to invincible tanks marching onto the payload without a care in the world. (Provided their game sense allows them to pick up on Spies.)

i just got an idea for a multiple pay load, or "mpl", gamemode where blu has multiple bombs that start as a line, but at parts split up, where there are splits in the railroad on the map, and the bombs are pushed at once with one big hitbox and normal payload cart logic stuff when together, and one can be pushed twice as fast when they are seperate. it could use the same maps as pl, sence most of the pl maps have splits in the railroad that are there for show. and the points whould be where the railroads meet up, where if one bomb meets and waits there for the other, unable to be moved in any directon.

PLEASE make this for other maps too. these are really helpful as i only have one main sniping spot that i always go back to which makes me more predictable. there are loads of spots i wouldve never thought of without this video.

I'm enjoying this new series (if it is one) it's a great map to start it on as well since even people who don't main/play sniper (my self included) usually would on this map.
I'm curious to see this with other maps.
As a sniper I like to use the DDS to counter the SS because I have literally nothing else
0:06aiming is 80% of the puzzle, while you figure out how to aim, the positioning will become obvious after a while.
Probably argue it a little less with positioning and game sense being a tad bit more important (50% aim, 25% aim and game sense)

i receive enough overheal to survive a headshot

Why dont you do a video on the types of loadouts for sniper?
Sniper loadouts are really stale and boring, mainly just copy pasted. The only real notable examples are using the Huntsman, Sydney Sleeper and literally any other Sniper Rifle.
I play machina sniper then go close range so this might help with playing pyro to piss of snipers so thanks

Great video, but, uh…now I need the aim part of the equation. To put my aim in perspective, I regularly completely miss full scattergun clips in close range as scout. So imagine what my sniper aim is like.
Like, even when I try to improve and DON’T get countersniped, I just miss every shot and depress myself…
I kinda feel like you didnt really touch on some of the good off angles and flank spots, but tbh, I'm also a bit overagressive as sniper, so maybe these spots are not as good as I think they are.

Its more that sniper has a near infinite skill ceiling, not that people can’t counter him…

Only argument I have w/ this tho is that is not what the large majority of people argue, they gripe about a "lack of counterplay" rather than his skill ceiling.
But just because that ceiling is ungodly high, how consistent is it? Do u expect Snipers to get so good they can quickscope every single Blast Jumping Solder/Demo that speedshots their way, or just be omniscient about every Spy waiting to jump them? Skill isn't the only factor in Sniper performance, the map design is just as major an influence

Where a sniper stands: anywhere, he can headshot you anywhere it doesn't matter. Positioning doesn't matter

The Waffles House has found it’s new host.
While these tips are nice... an active moving sniper who can land those quick head shots do 150 damage. Also standing still makes you a counter-sniper and spy target. A guide like this actually gives more counter-play to Sniper then aiding.
Knowing a Sniper stands at X is how a Demo puts stickies at your feet and laughs at you to death.
Positioning only matters if you can't land your shots... at which case no one can help you. It is a shooter, you have hit scan, almost anyone else at that range has random spread/projectile speeds.
Not at all though? If that was the case then you would see Snipers actively walking out towards the point and not getting instantly deleted by everyone.
You also shouldn't be standing still regardless of class which is something stated in the guide numerously.
Stating and exclaiming where a Sniper should stand also doesn't expose the secrets of it at all, that's like saying Uncle Dane's Engineer Blueprints videos instantly made Engineer unusable on any map because you have a general idea where he'll set-up. The spots shown in both series weren't created as a result of the video, they've always been there and used by people who've been playing the game, both are designed and meant to teach newer players the ins and outs.
People will obviously point out bots walking towards the point but hey, surprisingly bots can still be killed be players with better positioning and game sense which proves their importance
Positioning opens up new sightlines for snipers allowing for greater effectiveness.
