Flexed grip was the hardest part. But i did the gripper on the easiest mode and that as many as i could untill i felt the burn. And even with the burn a did 10 more to really make it feel good. Later on in the upcoming weeks i will do it more heavier so my muscles can learn from it! The rest of the exercises were easy on 20 a 18kg gripper! Thanks for your vid! Maybe do the same but with English speech perhaps!

So its basically 5x 30 sec 3 times. One round light, one medium and the last hard. And that 3x a week. Am i right?

No, every exercise is 30 seconds and then 10 min rest, you do how much you can in these 30, and then you raise the resistance, finish, raise it again and after you finish you done. This is 3 times a week

@@thesunildhiman. try it....I've been using Hand grippers for a long time now...i used to just do my max resistance with low reps and i dont feel the burn...soo when i started going according to this video with moderate resistance it worked well and got a good pump

before this video i did only normal and inverted reps. i wasn't even aware of these type of resps with grippers. i can easily do a 100kg gripper but only some of my muscles got big because I only normal reps. i thought that I have become an expert in gripping but there lot to do more.

I can do upto 100-120 reps a little bit closer to maximum resistance but i don't feel that much in my Forearm...

Maximum resistance with all these exercises will be really tough but still give a try with the timer✌️🤝💪

15 years old here! Well i do first round 15 kg, second round 20 kg, and last round 25 kg. I did this for like 7 months and i can see the progress already. I have like 18% body fat and i can see some small veins popping out but its just a little bit visible and also, my forearm got a little bit wider! I just need to lessen my body fat then the mascularity and vascularity of my forearm will be much visible.

Starting the workout today:
Day 1 : Hold Up and Down was a tough challenge, but still did it.
Day 2 : Increased the intensity by 5kgs, flex grip was tougher this time, getting better at Holding up and down, veins are starting to show.
Day 3 : Same intensity as Day 2, a lot smoother gripping, can see a visible increase in the arm size. biceps are looking toned too
Day 4 - Increased the intensity by a little bit, prolly 2 kgs. Asked a friend if he found a change in my forearms, got a positive reply.
Day 5 - Missed it today, sorry, will do it tomorrow,
