The nerve of that woman saying "this country is a piece of shit and isn't worth saving" while sipping champagne at a dinner party in a huge house and being waited on. The complete lack of self awareness and grattitude for the privileged life she's leading is astounding.
Truly. Well said.
She's the perfect embodiment of the people who lead the movement
So true
@@andrewfoster883 in communistic terms, she would be used to instigate the revolution. Then when it was completed, she would be the first in front of the firing lines.
That's what exposes the con. She knows she doesn't mean a bloody word because it means destruction of her way of life. Reminds me of the English upper class 'communists' toddling off to weekly meetings in the pre WW2 days proud they mixed with plebs for that hour or two. Saying things like 'when we take over we'll hang policemen from lamposts'. WHEN WE TAKE OVER? They were at the top of the tree! At least we know those types are too lazy to ever get off their arse to practise what they preach with each generation producing a few.
“Let’s try to eliminate discrimination by practicing it.” Genius.
Thats logical. Police dont stop violence with words lol

@@xavierb9061Is your frame of reference for what the police do taken from Lethal Weapon? One of the core methods and most of the interactions between police officers and criminals is the de-escalation of violence. Their job is to take control of a volatile situation and make sure that crime is stopped with the least amount of civilian casualty possible.
Just because there are cops who abuse their authoritative position doesn't change the fact that a cops job is not to go into every situation guns blazing.
Their Job is to neutralise threats to public safety, sometimes putting even themselves in between that threat and the public.

This is a major shift in the culture. People are actively laughing at these freaks and aren't afraid to do so. This is huge
Laughing isn't enough.
@MikeDonaldson-eh2ru Yes, but it's a start a foundation. 5 years ago many people wouldn't openly mock it, now they will. That's a major change, but I agree not the end goal.

They are laughing in your bubble, and because they were SO blatantly obvious with their racist crap. There are still millions out there who will watch this and call Matt racist for whatever reason.
@@julius43461 The trick is getting the majority laughing at it. The more people who laugh, the less power the non-laughing folk have.
I took my 15 year old boy to watch it. What Kendi and the like are saying is "we get to do to you what your ancestors did to us." Is what happened to your ancestors wrong? If so what you are advocating is wrong by your own standards.
@@tomjackson4374 That presupposes that Kendi and his ideological fellow travellers see the people he wants to discriminate against to 'remedy' past discrimination as equal and equivalently human to himself and his ancestors, which he does not. The indefinite oppression of what he clearly sees as sub-humans is, in his eyes, but a small price to pay to address the historical oppression of actual, fully human people. You must never underestimate just how deep the rabbit hole of bigotry of the self professed 'antiracists' truly is.

The only people watching this shit are people (republicans) trying to convince themselves they aren't rascists.
But those avocado toast-eating, enlightened journalists are here to educate us unwashed masses about what we *ought* to be watching.
There is some bias though. A lot of people simply won't watch it for political reasons. So the people that do watch it are the people who are likely to like it (and thus the rating gets skewed). Social media put the horseshoe theory to test, it's hilarious. I think it's important to clarify this kind of stuff, but I still believe this is just a trend on it's last legs, both "sides" of this keyboard "war" are just bubbles of social media users
@@RRRRRRRRR33 it's not just a social media war. It's an attempt by media and governments to push marxism. Why would they do that? Because once that's in place they can do anything. Like reduce the population. It's all about population control.
I disagree that it is two different extremes. They aren't people moving further to the left and to the right. Rather, it is people moving toward the authoritarian pole.
("Authoritarian pole" is like the north pole--it's a political position where you can't get any more authoritarian.)
The political compass should be thought of as a diamond instead of a square. As you get more authoritarian, the map converges to a point. At that point, there is no difference between left & right because whichever side you come from, your policies will be the same because it's entirely about control & power.
This is the underlying explanation of the "horseshoe theory."
@@theevermind Yep. This can sound scary, like each decision you take leads to the same extreme of authoritarianism, you don't want to leave the top, so you try as hard as you can to stay there (Paulo Freire partially talked about this). Human nature can take that path towards destruction or continue to develop other collective/group decisions. I think we are at the threshold, disregarding the "woke" vs "anti-woke" nonsense, that was just a ugly trend... The threshold will be artificial intelligence, there's no structure in both the "left" or "right" that accommodates this kind of slave labor, so we will have to come up with something brand new. Who knows if there's another Marx or Adam Smith out there, but we will need one of those to literally adjust, AI can really affect society on a global scale, its far from being a loud bubble
@@theevermind But that's the point. The left has completely embraced authoritarianism. Nobody on the right is calling for people on the left to be silenced or censored. That's all from one direction, abusing their authority to silence, censor, and suppress any and all dissent. Somebody working at YT right now is about to do it right now w/ my comment. It is straight up fascism.
Movie critics? Hardly. More like corporate lackeys. I bet at least half of those ‘critics’ have the ‘RESIST’ bumper sticker on their $100K electric vehicle.
Haha, the irony of having the RESIST sticker on your government subsidized and mandated vehicle is delicious.
they arent' corporate lackey's. The whole woke movement is anti-corporate. Most of media and governments are pushing marxism. Identity politics and equity are it's precursor. Why would they do that? Because it's all about population control. They want to kill off a good % of the population.
People use the word 'grifter' when referring to certain ytubers these days... IMO Race is the true grift. People are just afraid to call it out.
Race is where it started and now it’s the oppression Olympics for grifting. There are even idiots out there making videos claiming the word makes us racist, among a lengthy list of other words that can’t be used or you’re instantly a bigot.
Al Sharpton figured this out decades ago.
Here’s another good example. There was this grifter on a podcast one time that claimed an issue (that he just made a movie about) was affecting “millions” of kids in the US. He also claimed that he was an “expert” on the topic and it was the thing he was “most passionate about”. This made it all the more hilarious when the podcaster pulled up a peer reviewed study that showed this issue only actually affected less than 5,000 kids over a 5 year period. I think this perfectly illustrates how little these grifters actually care about the issues they champion. They only care about fear mongering to their audience so they can easily grift to them. He inflated the problem in his own head so much that he estimated it affected 400X more kids than it actually did and this so called expert didn’t care enough to research how many kids that it actually affected.
Oh by the way that so called expert’s name was Matt Walsh and the Podcaster who fact checked him was Joe Rogan. Matt is no better than the people he is rightly calling out in this film. He just does it from the far right instead of the far left.

To be fair, Sacha Baron Cohen DID try this with Trump supporters. They backed him into a corner when they figured who he was, and he ran away, jumped in an ambulance and fled. It's funny no one remembers this.
If you want liberals to show how screwed up they are, just let them talk.
The “critics” that refused to watch this are the same that won’t watch “Sound of Freedom”
Jeremy jahns also reviewed “Sound of Freedom “
@@SuperStinsley He was an outlier~
It's funny, we're at the point where you can make a movie about how child trafficking is bad, and they can't bring themselves to agree.
So the critics really are good at picking the best movies. Just watch what they wont review and you are guaranteed to get value for money, and avoid anything they fawn over.

My whole family has took me to see Am I Racist this past weekend for my birthday. It was such a great time. It was smart, funny disturbing and yet ended somewhat hopeful. Great work Matt, keep it coming.
Been watching Jeremy for 10+ years. He hasn’t changed at all. He reviews movies and reviewed this movie fairly. People upset about it are because they’re triggered by the content
I'm watching this review. Am I a racist?
Yes, and a bigot! Shame on you!
Only if you're white.
That depends... Are you white?
@@ZeeroDubs I identify as white. Does that count?

Here in Santa Cruz CA, not showing in a single theater within 60 minutes drive.
That's awful.
Get yourself and your family tf out of there
Wait, you mean Santa Cruz ISNT the centre of the universe??!!?
Saw it in San Jose opening night and they still have showings that’s less than an hour away from SC depending exactly where you are
I have a childhood friend (with whom I have become estranged because of our politics) who teaches Social Justice at UC Santa Cruz. Every time I express a conservative position, he responds, "I must be right because everyone I know feels the same way I do. And I don't know anyone who shares your opinion." Santa Cruz is a dangerous echo chamber. And the irony is... these "academics" act as if they are superior in their critical thinking skills.
Such a low hanging fruit and yet, no one in Hollyweird had the balls to do it. I'm not really a Daily Wire fan but I hope they make a lot of money from this.

Funny how the two conservative films are so negatively reviewed on purpose. It’s so obvious at this point.
Racism can never be justified by redefining words to support an ideology.

@7:45. Correct!!! DEI pushes a PERCEPTION of a divided country when it is not the case.

Omg yes, don't let my hammer and sickle pic CONFUSE. I'm a cold war history buff but I'm AMERICAN all the way and the DEI and woke culture have inflamed racism and divided so many of us. It's disgusting and need to come to an end
But what is DEI? Is it a program? A company? An ideology?
I ask because unfortunately I have seen some people saying “I am against DEI” as shorthand for “I’m racist/I am against non whites working”
Let's be honest... They already hated Jeremy Jahns because he started drinking while reviewing The Acolyte.... If you know you know!! 😂😂😂
I hate that some people believe in collective guilt and dont see that they are racist
If the "racists" have the courage to review The Acolyte, then these "anti-racists" should have the courage to review Am I Racist?.
They're trying to block it because their grift is exposed. No grift, no job.

3:46 sargon debated the one on the left and she ragequit when he told her that the first slave owner in america was black.
I have heard that, but is it well-documented?
@@ZephaniahL i've always been skeptical about this, because at this point i think it's going to become more difficult to find accurate information about slavery in america. but it doesn't really matter, i don't think. because it WAS documented that there were black slave owners in the US, and of course that black people were selling their own kind into slavery. sooo...it doesn't really matter to me what color the first slave owner in the US was, if i'm being honest. no offense.
@@ZephaniahL His name was Anthony Johnson. Id read the whole story because its full of technicalities. But he was an Indentured servant, which was distinct from a slave as they could work off their debt and be free again. That's what he did and he was given land and eventually had his own indentured servants, 4 white but one Black. Johnson went to court believing his black slave ended his service early without repaying his debt, and the courts agreed with Johnson after an appeals. Their verdict was life long enslavement, thus becoming the first legal slave written into law by legislature. Before that, there were cases of indentured slaves that were given time extensions to their debts that went pass life expectancy or a money amount so high they could never pay it off, thus indentured for life. But it was Johnsons court victory that brought legalized slavery, without the chance to free oneself with money or a time frame, into law.
