This looks goooood. I almost always have this stuff in my kitchen. Of course I’d tinker with it. Sauté the mushrooms a lot more, I love the flavor they get the darker they get. Velvet my chicken first & not stir it 2 much so it will brown. I love u added a béchamel. Here in 🇺🇸 we throw canned condensed soup in most versions of chicken rice 🤢. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the béchamel. Either roasted broccoli or brussel sprouts or steamed book choy for something green.
I feel like that would be so dry though.. Maybe thin out the bechamel and stir through the rice then add a slightly thicker bechamel on to the top before the cheese 😍
