If you have some potatoes at home, make these delicious and cheap recipes! Really better than pizza! my family loves potatoes very much and I make potato recipes almost every day. these potato dishes are healthy and delicious. I hope you love and make them!

Ingredients and recipe:
Slice 2 peeled potatoes
Butter a baking dish
Place the potato into the dish
Pour 150ml into a pan
Pour 150ml cream into the pan
Chop 2 cloves of garlic
Add to the pan
Salt and black pepper
Pour on top of the potatoes
Bake for 30 minutes at 150°C/300°F
80g mozzarella cheese
After 30 minutes
Sprinkle the cheese on top
Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 180°C/356°C
Sprinkle parsley on top (optional)

Its an aussie potato bake. We do this all the time except we layer potatoes add chopped bacon as well. Been serving this at aussie barbys for 30 years!

Just to add, I made this few days ago and my family loved it (& somewhat surprised that I could make something so yummy 😋) the cheese makes it awesome, so put it right at the end but only in the oven for 10mins or so (but depending on the type of potatoes you use, I've used Maris piper and was lovely) p.s. couldn't get all the slices as equally same size as the ones in the video , but it was my first time so ill try to master it next time ......)

I'm confused as to how a recipe gor scalloped potatoes replaces pizza? There is nothing pizza like about this dish. Other then Mozzarella.
