GB Shades MUGEN: Lucas (Mother) Released

I personally think we need a better lucas (Mother) as a mugen character.
Because some lucas characters are either unfinished, broken, and cheap.
So, i made my take of lucas. most of his moveset ideas will probably be based on SM853's Ness moveset. Its not my best creation i've made but, at least this is decent lucas in my opinion.
