GB Shades MUGEN: Golde Briggs Remake V2 Updated & Scary Girl Released

To celebrating my Birthday, I released two characters for MUGEN.
I updated Golde Briggs and give him tons of new thing and new system, and some new changes + bugfixes.
And scary girl is an collab between KimikoFan2 & Me, He did some sprites, but I did some codings to her system.
