The Gemini is looking good, and I definitely like the new "updates from the workshop section." These are quite interesting and there are a few moves that could use some work so thank you for the ideas! :)
Thank you for this great overview! I will go back to many of your PPP videos! I am a bit surprised that backwards upright flight is mentioned not until level 4. I found training backwards flight helping me in general to improve my flying, although I am far away of being able to do much of the level 4 maneuvers!! Richard, your videos are always a great motivation to progress further!!
Good point. I suppose we all learn in a different order depending on what we have and who we fly with. Backwards is deffo a big turning point in flying. Thanks
@@rchelicopter And every brain works different! Depending on our experiences and what we did so far in life. I feel that riding motorcycles in the past still is helping me a lot in heli flying... altough I stopped riding in 1992!! 😀
Thanks for posting this. After i figured out how to fly inverted, i seem to have hit a wall and even my daily practice seems aimless. This should get me back on track!
@rchelicopter Yes! The stall turns look good but the loops are far from perfect. I spend most of my day on inverted slow piro...but I'm sure I skipped some good upright exercises
On the topic of autorotations. In Heli-X, what's your take on the realism in the sim? I always feel like I am struggling way more to maintain rotor head energy in the sim than IRL...
@@skakamj0lk it's mega hard. The view is wrong, so it's hard to judge the ground, and the heli never feels quite right. However, if you can do it on the sim, you'll have a good chance at doing it for real. But it's deffo harder on the sim 😳
@@rchelicopter Ah, thanks! That's a bit of a confidence boost! How well do you feel that the Advance autos, being a belt model? I gone all in with three Tron's this season but haven't maidened any of them yet, so eager to know 😅
I think it's really good.. I tend to run my belts looser for better auto performance, and on most models that means you get belt slap. But the Advance has the sprung belt tensioner, so it works great
Most Sims are awful at Autos, I have Heli X....not used it for months but seems to remember it's difficult to Auto, I also have Next .....that's the worst it's nothing like real, the best one is AccuRC

The best heli tutorials in YT.🎉Hoping you make more heli tutorials about transitions and combo flight👍
I am glad you have asked this question. And I hope he considers it.
Thanks very much! What do you mean combo flight? Is that how to put a flight routine together?
@@rchelicopter I would like to understand how to put together a routine or transitions that naturally link moves together to create a routine.
@@krante1 I sort of did it in this video, but you want something more advanced?

@@rchelicopterDidn't see this one. I think it is more than enough for me for now. Thank you.
Excellent, that helps me a lot to improve my beginner skills.
Thank you so much
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the parts 😊

Thanks fav tuber!
Thank you so much for your info and all your videos. They help me improve my flying and learn 3d flying with my helicopter. *.*
My pleasure, glad they are helping!
Hi Richard thanks for posting very useful information. Kind of no where to focus on now. Cheers.
Cool, my pleasure!
Thank you for exactly what I wanted to know.
Amazing, thank you so much! 🙏

Sounds good! Have you tried inverted stall turns and loops?
@rchelicopter Yes! The stall turns look good but the loops are far from perfect. I spend most of my day on inverted slow piro...but I'm sure I skipped some good upright exercises
I should try some of them see where im at....need some decent weather first
You don't fit on this scale 😄
@@rchelicopter because I'm weird lol, I think maybe level 5.5 for me
i want tron to come out with a 380 size! would u agree?
Oh man, I'm in total agreement. Or even a 420.
However, it's such a tight space. Lots of cheap decent helis make it hard to compete.
@@rchelicopter or even a hybrid like the steam ak 420 pro that does both.
deffo, 380 stretch to 420

Hmm not sure all those moves are in the correct level
I don't think they are either. Some really odd ones in there.
