This young woman understands what she is singing and brings lyrics and music to full expression with her interpretation. It was if she understood King David's struggle with his desires and who he was before God. I have heard many interpretations and liked most of them, but this was my favorite. After hearing this angelic performance, I logged into my Amazon account and purchased all four of her albums. I have this page bookmarked on my home computer so I can hear it any time. She also sings a superb rendition of "Memory" that rivals Barbra Streisand's. I don't know how her career will develop because she's only 20 years old but she seems to be a generational talent. I sure hope so.

What voice. I've heard this song sung by quite a few different artists. Most are well done, but none can compared to this one. She is also one of the prettiest women I have ever seen. What does physical beauty and singing ability have to do with one another? Nothing. What does either of them have to do with a person's "wholesomeness" or worth as a human being? Again, nothing. Don't judge people by such superficial things. You have to look into their hearts and minds if you really want to know them. There are beautiful people with beautiful voices whose souls are soiled and who treat others terribly. Conversely, there are physically ugly people who can't carry a tune in a bucket but whose souls are bright and who are saintly in their demeanor and treatment of others. Which are the better servants of God? The latter, of course.
