The amount of hair between these 3 is incredible. Awesome video!
i realize Im quite off topic but do anyone know a good website to stream new tv shows online ?
My night just improved
The educational "how to" content and tips and tricks are one of the great parts of your videos that set you apart from others. Thank you. Keep it up!
Wow, Zach. Sorry to hear you had Lymes. I had Lymes 5 years ago for a tick bite during turkey season. Nothing to mess around with. Thats for addressing it in this video
Mix your own Permethrin, Martins brand,19oz water to 1 oz concentrate, Make your own "sawyers" for less than $1 a bottle. i mix a garden sprayer and do all my clothes.
Nice job getting it done in my Ole Kentucky Home fellas!
Great tip on the Permethrin. I've been using it for 25 years. It works! Follow the directions! Apply also to the inside of your pants cuffs. It also kills mosquitoes and black flies that land on your treated clothes and hat.
Ticks are no joke. Dad was deer hunting and sat in a tick nest. Put him in the hospital for almost two weeks.
40 More days to go then I can try some of what you guys have shown to me. Glad l found you guys. Look out birds lm coming ya! Thanks guys 😃🦃🦃
Zach, first part of this video was some great info. Congrats Colin.
I don't ever go in the woods without that stuff
Awesome hunt. Love watching your videos of all the guys with THP Zach is my favorite because of his constant energy.
I thought it was over when he gave you that peek and disappeared. You're absolutely right about that shift, Zach.
Got my first gobbler yesterday afternoon trying to roost one for the final day of the season here in Georgia. I worked a ridge soft calling then set up in a spot I’ve heard turkeys all year. He came in silent 30 mins before sunset. On public land to make it even sweeter. Thanks for all the videos!
Gotta love those whack a mole type mountain hunts. Awesome footage
thank you, ticks will keep u from doing what u love to do!
I live this channel. Need their own outdoors channel
I love that moment... “INSANITY!” Great hunt and thank you for coming to our great Bluegrass State!
Another great video from y'all. Also I made my donation to the turkey project and got my stickers. Thanks guy's. Looking forward to many more videos from y'all. And Myndi responding to the emails on a personal level is awesome. Thanks for everything all of y'all do!!
Love the comradery congratulations Colin! Love the turkey dance!!!!
Bluegrass music playin and all, gotta love Kentucky baby!!! Awesome hunt, my heart was pumpin!
Man I get so jacked up right along with you guys when you get in the moment. Thanks fellas.
Sawyers is all I use. Stuff works great! Highly recommend
Love the follow up explanations and tips on most of your videos. Seeing the set up from the games prospective or just a Broadview is top notch. Entertain, Educate and Inspire. Thank you!
When using permethrin on the outside of your clothing make sure to spray the inside of your collar and the inside of your shirt and pant cuffs as well. Roll them up and douse them good. Also spray inside the waist band of your pants and jacket, that way if the ticks somehow get inside your clothing you will still be protected. Learned this one the hard way.
3 minutes in and I couldn't agree with you more Zack. Ticks are nasty and have been using Permethrin for years... Ok, I'm back watching the video. That was a calling clinic! Great shot and bird! 👍🦃
Great video. Thanks for the reminder on the tick control. I remember the painter suit video a couple years ago but could not remember what you used. Last year I hunted public in Ohio and had ticks on me everyday. I have now ordered Sawyer and will be treated this year when I go back.
Good shot Collin so much fun huh good for the THP
No other show/group makes me scream at my phone or TV screen more than the THP crew does. 😂
Congrats on the kill.
I want some chef Neale cooking up some banging wild turkey!!! Im making wild turkey breakfast sandwiches Saturday morning!!!
Good to see you got the band back together!
I found permethrin about 6 years ago and will never go to the woods without it
Wow, learning so much watching you guys. Looks like I'm going to have to get off my butt and pursue these turkeys. Because they are not coming to my blind. But I hear them in the woods.
Teamwork in it’s finest form! Way to go fellas, congratulations!🍾
You could actually here his stomach growl man, great job guys
Sawyer is the best, good to let dry completely,, cause its usually hot and sweaty. Got real sick in 96”. Wasn’t Lyme or Rocky Mountain. Many different infections in the ticks. Be vigilante be thoughrow
Another great hunt! Good to see the three of you hunting together, love the drop back, we use that technique and it is deadly. Zach - great tutorial on the tick preventative, so right, sorry you had Lyme disease.
His Turkey call was definitely On point... ..🧠🧠🧠💪💪💪💪💪
Glad you beat Lyme! I was in the same boat caught it just in time.
I always wonder who the 11 or so people that don't like these videos. They must live very sad lives. Keep up the good work guys.
Can you do a video explaining spitting vs. drumming? I’ve heard a ton of gobblers spitting but drumming I have never heard or recognized it in the woods.
My son can't hear the drumming either. Some people evidently can't hear it. Kinda weird 😕
Spitting sounds just like they’re spitting drumming is a loud bass sometimes when they’re close you can even feel it in the ground I feel lol I’m sure you can UA-cam it and put head phones in you should be able to hear it I watch THP turkey videos with head phones just so I can hear spitting and drumming and in some videos you definitely can hear both
Cant believe my season is already over. Came and went too fast and the hunting was so tough. At least i get to watch these videos. Great job fellas.
Good to see the band back together. My favorite THP hunting team by far. Only Kieth missing.
I used permtherin in Florida and all through the Iowa season. Never had a tick on me... Its great stuff.
Great video, and really appreciate the Permethrin portion. I am a believer in that stuff. I just came back from tick central in New England, and although I spied them crawling on my legs, they never did latch into me. I sprayed my clothes and the driver's seat of my truck, and I caught a few ticks looking pretty sick during the truck ride.
Was having a little withdrawal , great to see another video, thanks
Thanks for the info about what to use about ticks
I used to get Ticks also especially this one WMA that I went to . Started using Permethrin . A couple 4 years ago and never had another Tick . Congrats on the Tom .
Congratulations! My public land was tough this year! We don’t have the turkeys in ky Like we use to! Hopefully it will get better
Stick to the plan, the plan is solid! Good job boys
Sawyer products works wonders!!
Big fan of permethrin. Also had a bad experience with a tick and now spray my clothes once a month
Dude Collin is hilarious
Sawyers sunblock is awesome too. I use the permethrin. I hate ticks!
Great product, i find this to work the best myself, and as far as these ticks, we never had them around like this before nor have we seen the viruses they are carrying and transmitting. Bioweapon engineered from Plum island that landed in LYME CT. anyway have a great season been enjoying the videos and great job on this bird guys, that was some difficult shot to make like that.
My daughter in Ohio got lyme disease in the winter time. She was here in North Carolina in the summer, but that had been too long for a tick bite. Crazy though because it was in the middle of the fridgid winter.
when he clicked that safety off my immediate thought was oh no another 870 misfire!
I thought he forgot to put a shell in the chamber
Thanks for sharing your videos and keep them coming please.
Permethrin is key. Sorry for your misfortune but I'm glad to see you pass on this knowledge. Hopefully it will help others avoid that situation. Great PSA and turkey hunting!
Congrats Colin. Good work guys
I have found out that the spray bottles don't work half of the time. I started using a one gallon pressure bottle that you can buy at WalMart. Just shake up the bottle and build up pressure and spray away. Works better.
The red meat allergy is my worst fear. Permetherin is great!
came for turkeys, stayed for woodpeckers doing pilates
I seen a previous video you guys did on that I just started to use it going up to turkey hunt sprayed my clothing and my daughters clothes hope it works you guys are awesome thanks for the great information.
Great job guys yall are keeping it real an we love it....keep up the great work fellas
Zack always has great advice. I cost my youngest brother a gobbler on youth day this year because I didn’t turn us at the last minute when I knew we needed to be turned
Another KILLER episode. CONGRATS all around.
That’s the fastest that dude has ever moved in his life!lol Another awesome video guys!
Everyone should practice shooting off hand so that if the opportunity arises that you need to shoot off hand in a hunting scenario, you are prepared. It really isn't as hard as you think to shoot off hand. But best to practice so you can work out any issues before shooting at game.
Been using Permethrin for about 30 years while hunting. About 10 years ago I started mixing my own .5% solution. As you know the name brands can be very expensive if you have a lot of clothes to treat which my family does. Use to buy it by the name brand Permanone many years ago. I make it by the gallon now and it keeps well when stored out of the heat and direct sunlight.
Hey Zach I got Lyme's disease over two years ago and the later you catch it the worse it gets,I didn't realize till I got blood test at the doctor but before that I was puking up blood and my skin was falling off bleeding, almost lost my life, just getting accustomed to living with it bc it never goes away, certain foods kick mine in ,if you have chronics Lyme's it can paralyze you,I got lucky there
Awesome can’t wait to check this one out
Lyme's absolutely sucks, amazing opposite hand shot, neat bronze-red tips on the beard and all around great video!!!!
More Collin Dancing! He reminds me of a "Country" Seth Rogan. Congrats 👏
I was headed out to hunt turkey with my uncle and hit a deer … I guess today I’ll continue to live vicariously through #thp
Ticks are serious thing man they could really hurt someone.. Thank you for the tip
first year hunting for me and i soaked all my clothes with permethrin haha great tip!
I get better with every episode!!!!
A nother good one guys. Keep it going
Permethrin is necessary, where I hunt, we have chiggers which can make life miserable if you get them, an ounce of precaution, well worth it.
What's up with Zack hair? Lol...Jake too...really enjoy what you guys do...its hard enough to harvest anything on public much less video too....keep it going men....you guys should try mississippi delta
another great hunt! thanks!
Great hunt fellas!
BUY PERMETHRIN CONCENTRATE! Sawyer's costs 83 cents per ounce whereas buying 10% concentrate and mixing with water only costs roughly 12 cents per ounce. So that means for the price of one bottle of Sawyer's spray, you could get 7 bottles mixed from concentrate.
Then go to harbor freight and get cheap garden sprayer and mix in that and it makes life way better than using normal spray bottle for full sets of clothes
You guys know why a tom gobbles at night from the roost??? Because he was dreaming he heard Ben calling.
That was a great video. But I got a kick out of the tetherd commercial in the middle
my man rocking sitka pants and $15 amazon gillie! lol
Definitely going to invest in tick repellent. Do you need to apply it to all clothes, or just outer layers?
I only do the outer layer and I haven’t got one on me all turkey season
@@garrettstraffon608 ok. Nice to know!
I do all layers. It’s cheap enough so why not get the best protection you can.
Awesome Collin! #cantgetenoughTHP
Me and my friend got 3 Tom’s and a Jake this morning in maine
Hunt KY you better use Sawyer tick Spray !!!
I have no idea how I didn’t get Lyme Disease in Florida. We finally found something to take care of them, but they were bad.
Keep it up boys I'm tagged out here in upstate NY going to take my brother out this weekend
A company called insect shield will treat your clothes and it will last about a year and a half. Not too expensive considering the consequences. I use them and haven't seen a tick in a long time.
"That's insanity haha😂
was that a shed at 12:04
aaron if you see this what hunting bag are you using? btw love the turkey hunting vids. very entertaining!!! :)
Was it a double beard?? I saw a few strands about an inch and a half above the first beard.
The meat allergy is called alpha gal and it sucks to have it.
Guys, just a word of caution. That stuff works great but if you are going to tuck your pants in your boots....DON'T.... spray that stuff on the bottom of your pant legs that will be tucked inside. Eventually your going to sweat and when you do, if you sprayed that stuff on your pants and tucked them into boots your skin can absorb that stuff through your socks and it is awful!
It happened once to me and the irritation and skin burn was not worth it.
Use it but be wise please. Not on anything that will be tucked in or contacting your skin.
