Watching your videos is one of the main reasons I got into turkey hunting. Showing you don't need much to do it and just in general how to call and so on. I just started last year never had anyone that could take me out. Ended up using a mossberg 500 with a carlson creamator LR and got one on the 2nd day last year for fall turkey. Going out again this spring.

Congrats! My biggest bird to date came the same way. I put the sneak on him while he was bedded in an alfalfa field. Got within 25 yards of him while still in the bush. It's exhilarating for sure!

That was a epic hunt right there. I had a exact hunt a few years back and my buddy told me there's no way your going to crawl over 100 yards and kill that bird so I figured I accept the challenge and I did crawl over 100 yards and when I thought I was in range I motioned to him to call once more so I could see where he was at and when I got to my knees the Turkey was doing that one eyed I see you crap and I shot and rolled him over and my buddy just sat there in awe and we later ranged it and it was 62 yards but it didn't look that far laying on your belly. Congrats on a very well earned bird young man. Be safe out there.

You'll get your chance Jacob. Try not to swing and shoot on a stationary target. Swing but get planted solid on your bird before you pull the trigger.
