Technics SL-1700 Unstable Platter Speed #2

After cleaning both speed potentiometers, internal adjustment pots, and speed control switch with DeOxit, I see no change in the speed fluctuation.

I had a smiliar issue since it hadn't been used in a long time, let it warm a bit and then put it on 45 rpm, dial that in and then dial in the 33rpm

This looks like a main bearing problem, maybe sticky old fat or it is bend slichtly
