Dec 18, 2021. When Doc Ock said , "You're all grown up ! How are you ?" A piece of me crumbled down like , it was meant for me. And, when Tobey replied "Trying to do better" , it couldnt be more real than what I would've said. I teared up from deep inside. A part of me became that 'Child' again for one last time..A flashback hit of what I have been through and how my childhood was..These aren't just superhero movies..I will forever cherish the moments. And one last thing , there's a Spider-Man 4 between us.
I agree, I remember I was watching Spider Man 3 with my friends back in 2007 when we're just 10 years old, and now seeing my friends who have married and have a child truly shows that we are all grown up. What's really sad is how old we're getting, and time passes that quick.😥
I've grown up with Toby Maguire Spider-Man and this song. This is my last year of high school and I have no idea what I want to do with my life. I watched the original trilogy again because I wanted to go back to what life was like before all this. Before grades, girls, or being a "dork". But what I saw was more than that. These are more than just superhero movies. These are about life. They're about growing up and becoming who you are. It was amazing how the "silly kids movies" that made me happy when I was little, I now get to perceive another way now that I can understand more about the deeper meaning behind them. When I was done I went strait to this song and I cried. They weren't just tears of sadness, but they weren't just of joy either. I cried about the hard times I've gone through like moving all the time, being misunderstood, and my grandfather that just died. But I also cried about the happy things in my life, like my family, the few true friends I have, and my love of movies, and I'm not as afraid of the coming change in my life. I know I won't be ready to graduate, but nobody ever really is. And I'm excited to figure out what the future holds for me.
Just saw this comment, and I hope things are working out for you, Brad. Life is tough, especially when you're in a transition point in life. I'm in that kind of place now, out of college but still trying to find my purpose and what I'm meant to do. Currently hitting nothing but stumbling blocks, but it is what it is, and you seldom make it right away or get quick fulfillment, unless life has dealt you an extremely lucky hand. I think it's important to stay true to yourself, keeping to your core set of values no matter where life takes you. If you're true to yourself you can be true in most other circumstances, and you shouldn't let anyone demean, underestimate or manipulate you. You'll have a lot of new experiences, some that make you uncomfortable, but if you keep committed to what you feel is right and what's not, I think you'll be fine. It doesn't hurt to take what you've learned from the Spider-Man films, either, as the Raimi films taught me a lot of lessons as a kid that I still hold today. Use your abilities for the good of others, or to provide a special service that makes you unique, always look out for those around you regardless of how they've acted towards you, speak up when you feel something must be said, always be prepared or willing to forgive and don't make the mistake of judging a book by its cover. Living life according to Peter's principles isn't a bad way to go, when all is said and done. Protect your good heart, keep your head firmly on your shoulders, and try not to let life's problems burden you too much. You win some and you lose some in life and when you're losing you just have to hold on until the next victory comes around. That's what I'm trying to teach myself these days... Take care, mate, and I wish you the best of luck.

Looking back, this song feels like an end of an era for Spider-Man on film. I can just see Tobey's Spider-Man swinging off into the sunset with Mary Jane. Bittersweet.
In a way it was, after this The Dark Knight took Spider-Man's built up Thunder and exploded it into Marvel's films. For some reason the Rami trilogy has always held a special place in my heart. Probably since I grew up with it. But occasionally I get a craving to watch all three of them back to back, and finishing them always brings super powerful emotions, sometimes I get some tears in my eyes lol, I know manly. This song definitely is a trigger of those emotions
The original Spider-man trilogy has always been, and probably will always be my all time favorite comic book/superhero movies. Not only are they great films, but they bring back so many wonderful memories. This song fits Spider-man 3 perfectly. Snow Patrol did a wonderful job with it. And hearing this song takes me back to that movie and 2007. I miss those times SOOOOO much!

We can't always be the good guy. Most days we won't. Like even though you try hard to be, people will mostly remember you for your faults. But don't ever give up trying to be the hero of your life story. Don't give up trying to prove to the ones you love that you can succeed. As long as one person believes in you, as long as you are still breathing, you can still be that Hero. Spider-Man 3 and this song taught me that as odd as it may sound.
I cried when tobey returned, i hope we get to see him one more time in screen, even if we dont, we got to see the one true spiderman one last time. That i can live with.
This song brings back memories. This song is truly awesome. Apparently, 108 people don't think so, and hate Spider-Man, Snow Patrol, and signals on fire. WHAT'S THE POINT OF LISTENING TO A SONG YOU DON'T LIKE?
levi miller about 5'6, 110 pounds, straight blonde hair, super cute face, sparkling blue eyes, slender figure, large rounded breasts. Really innocent and adorable looking. She lit up the room with her energy.
This hits deep. My mother and I used to get together and watch spiderman 3 all the time. I havent seen her in so long. I miss when everything was simple. Watched it by myself tonight, watching Harry die in the end reminded me that all my friends are gone:/
my last day of senior year and high school is on the 27th. the raimi trilogy got me so many troubling times during high school, and this song never fails to make me cry. from mental health issues to heartbreak to confusion about who i am, spider man always got me through those situations. i'm going to film school and hope to make my own spider man film one day. sam raimi continously inspired me from the moment i was a seven year old girl in second grade seeing the raimi trilogy. whatever happens, i'll never forget these movies or this song.
Same dude This helped me with my life as well I’m glad that I was born in the early 2000s,I watched the trilogy growing up I’m a early 2000s and I was born in 2003 and I watched the trilogy when I was a toddler lol Tobey will always be my Spider-Man I still have my Spider-Man tobeys bed sheets and pillow cases of his suit on it lol he will always be my Spider-Man
Even though people around me say their childhood ended with Harry Potter, my childhood ended with that final dance scene of Spider-Man 3. I was very young, still a kid, but these movies helped me grow up. I just wanna tell every TASM and Holland fans why Raimi trilogy is so special and should never be compared to other Spider-Man movies. They are not even Spider-Man movies, they are movies about life, choices, responsibility, how to become an adult and do the right thing, just with Spider-Man in them. I just love Raimi for this masterpiece and almost every single character there is special to me
This song just makes me so nostalgic and sad because of how good life used to be in '07. I could just cry and think about all the good memories back then.
I lost a friend - earlier this week - who introduced me to this song when the Spiderman 3 movie was released and I find myself watching the video for the first time today . Rest in Peace Rotex. You will be sorely missed.
Every time this song plays during the credits, I am reminded that it is the end of the Raimi trilogy and that there will never be a Spider-Man 4. What makes this even more sadder is that the movie ended in a very bittersweet way
It was a perfect ending but still had room for a sequel. I’m sure Rami even set it up that way in case Spider-Man 4 got cancelled, it was still a final farewell
Woah, life back then was so simple, so pure, and so beautiful, i spent my whole life loving these movies and dressing up as spider-man every time halloween came around, now im about to become an adult and i dont think im ready to, deep down im still that same kid, just older, hope things work out but no matter what, i know that my childhood was pretty great overall, and it was all thanks to these precious moments given to me by these movies, thanks tobey, thanks raimi, thanks snow patrol, thanks rdj, thanks hugh jackman, thanks stan lee, thank you everyone, my childhood was the best, wish it could last longer❤
With everything that's happened with the Spider-Man movies in recent decades, from his debut in the MARVEL Cinematic Universe with "Captain America: Civil War", to "Homecoming", to "Into the Spiderverse", to the Venom spin-off movies, it's so surreal to go back to this music video, back when there were only three Spider-Man movies. Those were simpler times back then. :')
Came here after the No Way Home trailer. This is my favorite song ever. It always gives my hope. Helps me find inspiration for the future, even when everything seems bleak and dark.
Just watched the trilogy on Netflix again. First thing I did after was come to this song because it reminds me even more of when I first saw the movies. For some reason the music always stuck with me. When I watch the movies I remember what happened in them, but when I hear these songs I remember what happened outside of them. All the stupid yet innocent things I did when I was a kid. It’s like that one phenomenon where people can smell a scent and remember something or someone. That me with music, and this song takes me back to a specific time.
Peter#1 She Told Me with Great Power Peter#2 Comes great Responsibility Peter#1 wait how did you know that Peter#3 Uncle Ben Said that Peter#2 The Day He Died Maybe She Didn’t Die For Nothing Pete
This Song makes me think of my Late friend who passed away when we were in High School his name was Jones. We used to watch Spiderman and Draw comic book characters together. R.I.P my Dear friend I will always Carry you in my heart. I miss you so much.
Just came back here after seeing No Way Home. Even though I love 3 is the magic number, I couldn't help but think of this song as Peter was swinging through new york in the snow.
This is one of the most adorable music videos I've ever seen. Especially since the song really describes the point of view of the kid playing the radioactive spider. He's got such a crush on MJ, and he doesn't want to wait forever, lol!
This brings back memories. I used to watch this countless times when I was a kid. I was 5 when it came out, 16 years old and I still love it! I still have the Burger King toys and the dvd since 2007.
Back in third grade, I envisioned my first crush as the girl playing MJ and me of course as the kid playing the spider. The emotions this brings, watching for the first time in probably 15 years is insane. It’s like nothing has transpired since then and I just can’t wait to go to school tomorrow and maybe get a glimpse of her in the hallway
I was 10 years old and in primary school when Spider-Man 3 came out and it was one of my favorite movies ever, I’m now done with College. I remember watching this song on MTV and Trace so often. The nostalgia behind this hits so damn hard 😭💚.
My core memory was being 4-5 years old, obsessed with Spiderman and one of the first movies I remember watching in theaters was Spiderman 3. Got the DVD, watched the special features and fell in love with this song. I appreciate my mother for bringing me along with her cinematic adventures because now I feel as though I can do the same with my kids in the future.
Still remember this being on the Spider-Man 3 bonus features.

I cried when tobey returned, i hope we get to see him one more time in screen, even if we dont, we got to see the one true spiderman one last time. That i can live with.
There are not enough words to describe how much I love this song.
Same my 2nd favorite song of all time
This song brings back memories. This song is truly awesome. Apparently, 108 people don't think so, and hate Spider-Man, Snow Patrol, and signals on fire. WHAT'S THE POINT OF LISTENING TO A SONG YOU DON'T LIKE?
***** IKR!!
Yep exactly
This song made me cry like a baby as a kid and still
Peter that was first grade.
I saw the girl of my dreams tonight. And this song came to mind
:)
holly shit!
what did she look like discribe her
levi miller
about 5'6, 110 pounds, straight blonde hair, super cute face, sparkling blue eyes, slender figure, large rounded breasts. Really innocent and adorable looking. She lit up the room with her energy.
Woow good look with her, mate, if you get here DONT LET HER GO. =D
This song is so satisfying to sing.
This hits deep. My mother and I used to get together and watch spiderman 3 all the time. I havent seen her in so long. I miss when everything was simple. Watched it by myself tonight, watching Harry die in the end reminded me that all my friends are gone:/
crazy seeing the reunion after almost 2 decades later
- You're my friend
- Best friend
my last day of senior year and high school is on the 27th. the raimi trilogy got me so many troubling times during high school, and this song never fails to make me cry. from mental health issues to heartbreak to confusion about who i am, spider man always got me through those situations. i'm going to film school and hope to make my own spider man film one day. sam raimi continously inspired me from the moment i was a seven year old girl in second grade seeing the raimi trilogy. whatever happens, i'll never forget these movies or this song.
Same dude This helped me with my life as well I’m glad that I was born in the early 2000s,I watched the trilogy growing up I’m a early 2000s and I was born in 2003 and I watched the trilogy when I was a toddler lol Tobey will always be my Spider-Man I still have my Spider-Man tobeys bed sheets and pillow cases of his suit on it lol he will always be my Spider-Man
What a beautiful story. I give you all the hope in the world to achieve this dream. 💗
All those kids are like in their 20s now. Hope this post made you feel old.
Dw it did
"I'm leaving" -Meg
"Leave. Don't you ever come back" -Noah
Noah Elizalde & Megan Marfori brought me here 💞 #Jonaxx
This is like the ONLY thing I would watch on the DVD besides the movie! LOL
I just love Raimi for this masterpiece and almost every single character there is special to me
And remember, With great power, comes great responsibility
Holy I'm only 16 years old guys and I remember this song and this movie from when I was really really little, time really flies...
Ikr I just turned 17 two days ago and I remember this song I'm really does fly and it's still a good song
in the confusion and the aftermath, you are my signal fire... :(
This song just makes me so nostalgic and sad because of how good life used to be in '07. I could just cry and think about all the good memories back then.
Seeing this on dvd was a whole new world!
As someone who grew up to watch Tobey's Spiderman trilogy, this is the most absolute gem you'll ever find precious. So nostalgic.
Coming back from SM3 in theaters. Sad it's over 😢
I lost a friend - earlier this week - who introduced me to this song when the Spiderman 3 movie was released and I find myself watching the video for the first time today . Rest in Peace Rotex. You will be sorely missed.
So sorry for your loss sending my condolences and god bless you 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
This song can make me cry . I listen to this song and think about myself and the girl in my dream
So happy my guy Tobey made an appearance in NWH 😎
Man this song is amazing, why isn't it on spotify
It's there wdym
@@hmc788 It was 4 months ago
It's not there in the US. Maybe other countires have access to it?
He's not wrong... it's completely blocked in the US and you only find shitty copyright remakes by other unknown artists 💀
@@TiggehWaffles de verdad?? Me extraña que bloqueen algo en EEUU
I was 10 years old when SP3 came out...for me, this song kinda marks the end of my childhood...
I love this song. I remember watching this when it was released for Spider-Man 3 back in 2007. 11 years later this song still holds up.
This song reminds me of my childhood. I once got a spider-man costume when I was a kid, and used it to impress everyone who came to the house.
Why? You should've webbed them up and kicked their asses
Peter#1 She Told Me with Great Power
Peter#2 Comes great Responsibility
Peter#1 wait how did you know that
Peter#3 Uncle Ben Said that
Peter#2 The Day He Died Maybe She Didn’t Die For Nothing Pete
Still listening in 2017 and maybe next year 😉
Why would you stop listening to it?
2018
Of course we will be listening just a classic track.

12 years ago was a good time to be alive
Brings back some sad and happy memories, such a unrated song and band. 2022
This Song makes me think of my Late friend who passed away when we were in High School his name was Jones. We used to watch Spiderman and Draw comic book characters together. R.I.P my Dear friend I will always Carry you in my heart. I miss you so much.
The moment I saw Tobey and Otto I literally cried.
What a beautiful song what a beautiful memory.
This song fills me with so much nostalgia. I used to listen to this a lot back in the late 2000s. Those good ol days are forever gone...
i have been listening to this for years and still sounds good to my heart
This brings back memories. I used to watch this countless times when I was a kid. I was 5 when it came out, 16 years old and I still love it! I still have the Burger King toys and the dvd since 2007.
One of favourite Snow Patrol songs! So good 😃👍
one of the most underated song from snow patrol.
Then the school went bankrupt after getting Snow Patrol to score their play.
really?
+Mario Rodas I'm only mildly embarrassed to say that this made me laugh out loud.
+Mario Rodas HAHAHA
+Mario Rodas that's good!
Worth every penny.
The Perfect Words Never Crossed My Mind..
Because there was Nothing in there but You..
PERFECTION!!
Be strong. Remember to do the correct with responability always. We are what we choose to be and it's never too late to do what's right
I missed being a kid like this
This song reminds me of a time when I actually had a heart...and a soul lol
Now you don't. So shut the fuck up and keep cutting
I hope you found it, again. Never too late to “rip off that symbiote.” :)
Same
I will forever miss these moments
I really needed to hear this song today. It makes me miss everything this song really meant to me when it came out.
I just love this song no matter how old, this is deep
My core memory was being 4-5 years old, obsessed with Spiderman and one of the first movies I remember watching in theaters was Spiderman 3. Got the DVD, watched the special features and fell in love with this song. I appreciate my mother for bringing me along with her cinematic adventures because now I feel as though I can do the same with my kids in the future.
I feel so old :(, I remember the time when I was a kid listening to this song on tv back then.
Tobey Maguire is my FAVORITE Spider-Man since he's my childhood movie series. Just hope Tobey and Andrew can come back in the MCU.
