Good review. Pac Man World 1 (PS1) is a fine entry, even though there were some parts of the game that made me felt frustrated. Looking at you the Anubis boss fight! Another problem is that going back to certain levels to rescue your Pac friends in order to get to the final world. That means you have to backtrack and some levels can be long. Maybe this remake might fixes the issues that I had, but I'll check it out whenever it's on sale as I do want to replay this game again. I'll be down for a Pac Man World 2 review, my favorite Pac Man game of all time. It would be cool to see World 2 get a remake treatment, that is based on World 1 Re Pac's sales.
I’m sure Bandai Namco will do a remake of Pac-Man World 2 if this one sells well. I know Pac-Man World 2 is on the GameCube so I might review that if it doesn’t get remade
I always thought 3d pacman was more fun than the original
I really liked the PS1 original, and this remake did not disappoint. Although the voice acting in the cutscenes from the original will be missed... Oh, and of course, Ms Pac-Man...

The original game had voice acting.
The graphics probably looks better on the PS5.
