That’s basically what Palpatine tells the senate in episode 3 and they believed it so maybe the Kaminoans truly think the Jedi are a threat to the republic as well.
Also I’m not sure they would like to know Tyrannus is actually the leader of the opposition of their biggest customer and caused the invasion of Kamino, as well as the risk of killing that Kaminoan doctor in the clone hospital in the episode Shadow of Malevolence, season 1.

(However: it also needs to be said that the jedi weren't the ones that ever wanted the clones, it was the senate and as the jedi have no voice in there they basically had no choice. Plus it was war, all their capacities were "used" on fighting, leading and training and they didn't have too much time left (or else people, maybe even civilizations would've died/gone extinct))

Well. Do you prefer the old explanation from the EU with the clones just being genetically modified and also heavily indoctrinated to follow orders, including Order 66, which was just a contingency order out of 150 all clones were taught during their training on Kamino?

@@dennis.edich1998 . . . Yes! That was the whole point! And that didn't originate from the EU; it originated with George Lucas.

      @@GeonusKaikun yes. I absolutely agree.
The Jedi use a slave army of genetically identical men with only limited independence, but being extremely good in their roles as soldiers, to fight the separatists during the Clone Wars and relied on them over time.
They feel uncomfortable with the blind obedience in the clones but become dependent on them since the Jedi cannot fight the separatist droid armies and militias alone.
I think in the EU, clones did not form bonds with the Jedi so easily, the majority at least. So most Jedi and their clone legions only keep a professional relationship during the course of the Clone Wars, which does nothing to counter the dislike the clones have to the Jedi and that's why they unhesitatingly follow Order 66 because there is no other choice for them than the state.
I mean the clones don't betray the Republic they swore loyalty to for leaders they do not like that much.
Only few clones and Jedi were really close to each other, such as Aayla Secura and Commander Bly, so in this case, Bly and his men from the 327th Star Corps killed her as quickly and painlessly as possible as they didn't want her to suffer.
The clones were basically sleeper agents for the Sith. They showed up extremely conveniently at the beginning of a galactic wide war without any knowledge of the Jedi Order beforehand and the Jedi were tricked into leading them into battle, thinking the separatists and their droid army were the Sith-cause and due to their arrogance and blindless not realizing that the Sith (Chancellor Palpatine) in actuality were leading both sides the whole time. The reason Count Dooku publicly revealed/showed himself as a Sith is to misdirect the Jedi.
Even if the clones were more like organic droids and more receptive to orders, some of them still expressed some sort of individuality as exemplified by their penchant for using nicknames among their brothers instead of their standard alpha numeric designations as well as later in the Clone Wars sporting different hairstyles and even tattoos. These type of clones were often viewed as oddities.
The clone army fought alongside the Jedi for 3 years but in reality served Chancellor Palpatine.
By orchestrating the Clone Wars and making public think the Jedi were the true villains of the Clone Wars who brought chaos to the galaxy, trying to overthrow the government and having just survived a Jedi ambush in his office against 4 Jedi masters, he tricked everyone, especially the Clone army into thinking the Jedi really betrayed them and that's what makes him so much smarter in Legends than relying on some brain-chips like in TCW. He manipulated both parties, the Jedi and the clone army and when Order 66 was issued, both the clones and the surviving Jedi each felt betrayed by each other and none of them (really) realized that they were actually manipulated by the same guy.
And because of the kind of relationship the Jedi and their clones had, the clones don't become as much humanized as in TCW and (naturally) remain much more droid like and unquestionably receptive to Palpatine's orders.
In the EU, the clones had free will, because they weren't brainwashed and mind-controlled but indoctrinated (take the people of North Korea as a real life example, they have free will seeing they aren't mind controlled but they are thought to obey and don't know how not to).
They were also genetically modified to be more obedient and less independent than Jango Fett (as mentioned in AOTC). So it's in their genes to obey the chain in command above everything else, which is of course Chancellor Palpatine.
From birth, the clones were trained to be one cohesive unit and fully dependent on a command structure. So if a higher ranking officer gave them an order, they followed it. But they were able to think negatively of the order but they were so indoctrinated that they just followed orders due to them not realizing they had the choice to disobey.
This is why Palpatine actually made the Jedi generals during the Clone Wars, because simply said the Jedi were arrogant and were terrible at leading armies. The bad choices of many Jedi led to a large number of pointless casualties. And mistakes aside the Jedi were more then willing to sacrifice clone lives seeing they were considered less seeing they were not part of the natural order of the force. Because of these character flaws and lack of military experience the clones started to resent them and were more eager to execute their orders (and the jedi).
They were pushed their whole life to memorize the 150 contingency orders they were taught during their training on Kamino, including Order 66, besides their training to prepare for the battlefield and in combat. When Palpatine issues Order 66, he doesn't explain the details of the order. He gives it and expects every clone commander to know about it.
in "Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader - Part II: The Emperor's Emissary" Vader is even tasked to hunt down Clones that disobeyed. In it Palpatine says:
"Contagion brought about by fighting alongside the Jedi for so many years. Clone or otherwise, there is only so much a being can be programmed to do. Sooner or later even a lowly trooper will become the sum of his experiences".
This was especially true amongst the Arc-Troopers and Clone commandos, who were less heavily indoctrinated so they can function more independently than regular clone troopers when cut off from the command structure.
They were also bred with more independent genes and had a more intensive training for their roles during the Clone Wars, which allowed them to act more as individuals.
ARC-troopers were designed to be the closest copies of Jango Fett himself. They inherited his skills, combat prowess, and even his independent thinking to a certain extent.
      Back to the regular clones:
An inhibitor-chip from TCW can be removed from a clone's brain and he will suddenly disobey Order 66 but in the EU, indoctrination (and also genetic modification) since birth is very difficult/challenging to overcome.
The key point is that the clones in reality were never on the Jedi's side. They were, like I mentioned, sleeper agents for the Sith. Hardly any of them were independent. The clones in the old Canon were still slaves, just not in the way TCW and the new Canon presented it with the inhibitor-chips. The standard clones were still human beings with pain and thoughts. Some of them even regretted executing their Jedi generals. But due to their strict conditioning during their time on Kamino, they are mentally unable to escape the chain in command and can't think of a life outside of the army and their orders. The Republic is everything they live and fight for and when Order 66 was issued, the Jedi in their eyes betrayed it and they thought eliminating the Jedi was the only way to save it.

@@dennis.edich1998 I'm glad we're on the same page, my friend. There was actually a really touching short story in Star Wars Insider, set just days after the Battle of Geonosis, which saw the clones acting extremely rigidly and robotically in this very early time period, going so far as to only understand a joke in the technical aspect; but by the end of the story we start to see the clones becoming just a bit more human, and this theme continued to develop throughout the Clone Wars era EU.
I myself am an old canonist. I reject anything from the new canon that contradicts the old, but I am not adverse to cherry-picking certain things from the new that can fit within the old EU with just a bit of imagination. With that said, I consider all animated TV shows to be holovids produced years later, using what little historical sources they had available (mainly weeding through COMPNOR propaganda). As such, they sometimes take great liberties. I consider the inhibitor chip to be one of those liberties as it would have provided for a plausible explanation for the clones' motivation for the in-universe producers, who may not have had access to the actual reason for it.

This is bullshit. Palaptine didn't need to skulk around in the shadows for this bit. At the end of the clone wars, he could have straight-up told the galaxy that he was a sith and was responsible for XYZ but they wouldn't have cared. They would have accepted him anyway.
