This can vary based on the car you drive. Different makes and models might have different style keys than what’s shown on the video, so if this didn’t help you then you should watch a video based on what type of car you drive.
Perfect! My F-150 2018 display just told me my remote battery is low! How much more convenience can Ford give? Except maybe permanent shut-off of the “auto stop” (gas saving?) feature - tho I’ve heard you can get a chip to plug into the diagnostic socket to tell the truck to turn that feature off whenever you start it rather than when the engine dies at a stop sign!
Is this some kind of joke video? Do people really need to learn this from someone? I can now see, judging by all the halfwits on here, that they do need to be taught!
Please try to be patient, my friend. Some people may not have had the fortunate experience of having been born with your level of intelligence and some people may be new to car mechanics. Videos such as this are invaluable to those who need to learn a quick how to for themselves. And just a quick word of advice: it’s better to be nice than to be a know-it-all. Nobody knows everything about everything 😊
@rpyette4653 Well, I thought he was going to show a unique way on how to change a car key fob battery, but he didn't do so. Obviously, I soon discovered this video is to teach simple fools like you.
@@redblade8160 May I respectfully suggest to you, that with your huge amount of intelligence and knowledge, you could probably find more beneficial ways to spend your time, than coming back to sneer at those whom you suspect to be ‘fools’. It seems to me that this sort of spiteful remark doesn’t help anyone, and it makes you look mean spirited and arrogant. Plus one day, you’ll come across someone who thinks you’re a fool, but most people will hopefully just walk on by - it’s better not to poke a stick at a bear!
Hi, whats the point of having mechanical key which is useless, but pops out with ease, and disabling easy access to the battery (which is critical) at the same time. Car industry must running on heavy acid;)

Coming from a halfwit like you, you cannot possibly suggest anything. You are the one that needs to learn (if it were possible).
