I'm SO glad you got the fudge cake. Barker's is known for their fudge cake, it's the specialty, and honestly it's what everyone GOES to Barker's for. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, I've never actually had lunch there. I had classes at the Northeast State campus just up the road, across from Moody airport, and I'd run down to Barker's to get a decent, cheap breakfast sometimes if I got in early enough that I had time before my first class.
I actually live in the Stoney Creek area but work almost always takes me up towards Bristol or JC so I rarely go up the creek. I’ve not had their breakfast, but I tell ya, I’ve had a few more of their fudge cakes since I filmed this!!! 😂
@@moonshineandmarshmallows Ahh. I've not been up there in probably 15 years. I lived in Kingsport for last 30 odd years. Great video. Food looks awesome. Too bad I'm on a diet. 😔
@@Little_Man152 I gotcha. I’m hoping to do more camping videos and less eating in the near future… or at least better eating. Was easier to pack in a 1400 calorie lunch when I was hiking 5-10 miles. :-/
That Fudge Cake looks absolutely heavenly!
It was! Such a sweet treat!
The Swiss Melt and Chuckwagon sandwiches looked so delicious!
The chuckwagon was good, but that Swiss Melt was amazing!

I am in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge next week, but now I will definitely check out Barker's Drive Thru in Elizabethton!
It’s about a 2.5 hour drive. We discovered this area after years of Gatlinburg vacations. This is just as beautiful but more laid back.
I love when food reviewers have upbeat energy like J & B In the Hills
You and me both! They are so great to watch. Definitely in my personal top10 for UA-camrs!
The complete menu online is so convenient
It’s such a huge menu, too!
Your video made me hungry!
I just watched it again and no I think I need to go back! Thanks for watching!
I live 5 minutes away from there 😂
All the fudge cakes you can eat!!! 😆
0 I never thought I'd crave a burger and a cake together, but here we are!
Oh, we are certainly here! So good!!!
What part of town is Barkers located? I'm from Elizabethton and I've never heard of it.
Hop on Highway 91 heading towards Shady Valley. It's about 2 miles past the municipal airport.

@moonshinenmarshmallows I hear ya bud. Been on this diet since April. Down 60 lbs.
@@Little_Man152 congrats! I’m back to the gym on Monday. Hoping to cut a considerable chunk (pun intended). Congrats on your success! That’s amazing!
