Oh yeah! It’s quite toasty! I’ve still got mine and I usually run it for about 15 minutes and then turn it off for 30 or more. Just basking in residual heat. 3x is good for me now as Ive dropped a few pounds.

Awe thank you so much! I really appreciate the kind words! I also moved up from Florida and trust me, it’s a lot different here! As for the bears, most hikers/campers won’t see em. They’re honestly more afraid of us than we are of them and they’ll only show up if there’s available food left out. They’re also just black bears which can still be deadly, but are mostly smaller and more shy than grizzlies or brown bears. I have to take my bird feeders in every night as a bear found em two years ago but every time I caught her out there, she just ran. I camp alone often and I don’t even carry bear spray. I’ve never seen one in the woods. Just at my bird feeders 🤷‍♂️

I picked one of those up a few months ago and it's just been sitting in my "stuff to get to" pile. 90 days in one is awesome! I'm honestly impressed with how rugged these tents are for the price. I'll check out your video. Sounds like something I'd enjoy!

The sales tax on groceries in Tennessee is 4%. It’s still better than some states but not as god as others. The lack of income tax is why we moved here instead of Bryson City NC.

It’s such a peaceful and unique place. Love stopping by any time of year.

I know (on a map) where you’re at but I’ve not made it up that way yet. Been here for 4 years with plans of slowing down my workload and have been insanely busy instead. I’m hoping to grow my channels so I can work less and explore more!

When I try out a tent I’ve never used, I don’t bother reading directions. Whenever I pinch the corners in first, I end up with sleeves instead of clips. I prefer to just fight it so y’all can laugh at me. 😂😄

Thanks! I’ve honestly never seen it before but it was like a thick woven tarp. There’s a strong chance it’s a landscaping fabric and not a camping specific product, but I tell ya, if I EVER host a camp, I’m definitely putting something like this down. Made for a great camp setup!

I actually live in the Stoney Creek area but work almost always takes me up towards Bristol or JC so I rarely go up the creek. I’ve not had their breakfast, but I tell ya, I’ve had a few more of their fudge cakes since I filmed this!!! 😂

That was actually a $9 Amazon special! The self ignite feature is temperamental after 2 years of use and I need to clean it good at the end of camping season, but it still works beautifully! Gotta check out that spork! Thanks for the heads up!!!

Not sure when the tracks were abandoned but this was the old Tweetsie Railroad between Johnson City, TN and Cranberry, NC. Mostly used to haul ore and stone.

Love it! I actually keep this one I. The back of my Honda SUV. My truck has a bed cover and blankets in case. I’m not too proud to slide under the tonneau. 🤣

Maui is my wife’s dream location as she’s stuck loving beaches and mountains. I gotta say though, I’m solidly impressed with the durability of these Ozark Trail tents. Just impressive for the low cost!

I’m hoping for the best for you! I’d consider setting it up once ahead of time. My pole broke within the first 30 minutes. Magellan is REALLY good with their customer service and replacement parts so they should take care of you if you need it. Have an AWESOME trip!!!

I wasn’t a big fan of the table when I made this video, but my wife was quick to remind me that my “other” camping table is a clunky plastic rectangle that weights 20 lbs. I’d definitely waterproof the tent before trying it out. I don’t trust those seams at all!!!!
