I'm sure you had a great time with your nephews, always nice to have company before you jetset it off to the U.K.

That taco bowl looked really good, might have to throw tacos into the menu rotation sometime in the near future! I think it sounds like you've gotten to a point where you know which foods are going to cause problems for you, as far as bloating or inflammation. That's a huge step. We're human, so we're bound to have days we eat things we know we probably shouldn't, just don't beat yourself up too much! Sorry to hear about your grandma, sounds like she was a great lady.

Thank you! Yeah I'm learning what food affects my body, it's an interesting learning process. I thought I would've figured this stuff out by now but I think our bodies also change over time. Taco salads are delicious! You can get a variety of keto ingredients too!

If you are doing a gluten elimination for realzies, you'd have gluten in this video and your past few videos. So if you are having issues with gluten and are trying to figure that out, you're going to have a hard time. (Pringles, fried tomatoes, etc.) I realize you might be just reducing instead of eliminating.
Getting tested for gluten intolerance (celiac or whatever), the testing is accurate if you are consuming gluten. My test wasn't accurate because I had already been GF for years and I didn't realize when I asked for the blood test.

@@ashleyduncan9719 Pringles has gluten? I figured they wouldn't since it's a potato, a heavily processed potato but I didn't think they'd put flour in it... I realize nowadays I shouldn't make that assumption though.

@@EpicWeightloss it's not even a potato potato lol. They make a dough with dehydrated potato and flour and shape it into a potato chip. They can't even call it potato chips on the label.
