Ben you built not only a beautiful looking guitar but also a perfect, lovely sounding guitar. Oh and thanks for introducing me to a new channel with a great player and helpful advise. SUBSCRIBED
Nice to hear what Nebula sounds like after spending most of 2021 watching her being built (though it would have been even better if you'd included some electric lead examples with a bit of gain)
Ben is such an inspiration to me. He got me into making/maintaining/modding instruments as whole, not just Guitars. It's been a dream for a long time to do such things! Also, you're incredible, so this Dragon is joining the party. Beware of fire, rofl. +Subbed!
Nebula came out beautiful! At times I had my doubts but it is Ben making these creations so those doubts are ill conceived. Great work!!! It was worth every minute watching this guitar come alive. Thank you Crimson Guitars and Ben.
This guitar has a wonderful tone. I like it with piezo, with the humbucker and the combination as well. I do believe my favorite is the combination of the two. the playing in this video was excellent as well. Another masterpiece by Ben.
needs a string upgrade to D'Addario Chromes ECG24 if wound G perhaps halfrounds if not reduces string noise with piezo and warms everything up without darkening the tone
Like others have said, I would love to hear it with some higher gain. But it sounds very much like an acoustic guitar. I was guessing more of an archtop tone, but it sounds great. Personally, I would like to have a tone control because I use them a lot
It really is an amazing guitar, though I happen to think the bridge ought to have been chunkier. Not really sold on the string retaining situation either.
I was kind of hoping that at some point you would really start to play it like you knew how! Didn't quite get to hear it's real voice at all, now did we1? It has those electrical components for a reason my friend and there are a stack of amps behind you that would have made this beautiful guitar a real showcase! Sadly ...... you just chose to let the real moment pass without actually showing us anything we haven't seen or heard already! Too bad!
Let me know what you’d like from the next demo and I’ll incorporate that. I didn’t even consider putting gain on it as it’s an acoustic but a few people have asked for that so I can always go back and crank the drive.
@@PherotoneStudios I'm sorry to seem so critical, but.....you still don't seem to get the point! It's not just an acoustic! It's a hybrid. capable of far more than an acoustic or an electric guitar can accomplish on their own! There are voices within that guitar that you don't even seem to be aware of! Play something that makes use of those voices all within the same piece! There are plenty to choose from! If you don't understand that what you have can be the only instrument you need to run the entire range of tonality and effects and voices that an entire ensemble could use, all in one instrument! Then I'm not sure why you made this video in the first place! Ben has already shown us the guitar. I had hoped that you could show us what it is capable of!
To be frank, it sounds like any $150 guitar with a cheep pickup. If you are looking for a piece of art from a bald headed guy with a horrendous head tattoo this may be your guitar. If you are looking for a gig able look elsewhere.
Dude clearly didn’t watch any of the making of this guitar, talking to people who most likely did. Seems a moot point to talk about a guitar you’re not sure what it’s called and guess how you think was made and what it was made of 🤷🏼♀️
Great video, thank you for giving Nebula her voice 😁

Only just seen this comment. Love it. Thanks for joining the channel

+Subbed!
Wonderful! Not gonna lie, though, I was really hoping to hear what it sounded like with just the slightest bit of break-up and compression.
True, i would like to hear it through a Marshall stack!
I'm glad we were allowed to be in this journey with you. Thanx.
Nebula 2.0 is a gorgeous instrument. Thanks to you and Ben for bringing it to life!
The tone on the blend is a chef's kiss from me
Just not sure if it was in tune for the whole video 😂

Beautiful beautiful beautiful
I absolutely loved this video and you certainly made the most of the time you spent reviewing it.
Well done and what a fabulous piece of craft/art
Thanks mate. I love comments like this. Really glad you enjoyed it
That may be the most beautiful guitar ever crafted

This is a man who was abscent from planet earth last few months!!!!great video and nebula voice!!
great to finally hear this stunning piece of art! Sounds great, as expected, one of the most gorgeous guitars on the planet for sure, just stunning.
Such a beautiful looking guitar. Great video as always mate 🤘🔥
Thanks mate. When I read this I was initially confused thinking you would have tried it but this wasn’t in the studio. Losing my mind
The nebula sounds absolutely lovely!
It was great to finally hear Nebula being played for a while. After seeing how Ben made the guitar I was wondering how she would sound.
Great video mate! Gorgeous guitar! I'm not always a fan of the arty guitars, but that one is beautiful. That neck!! So nice haha. Great stuff
Sounds great.
Enjoyed the video! And subscribed. And my god do I love the tone with that humbucker (and pure acoustic as well for that matter).
Wow! Beautiful instrument!
Great sound and when he said it's like an electric to play I started drooling......buitiful guitar
Thanks so much for the sound demo of Nebula 2.0 It sounds amazing. Almost better with the electronics turned off.
Awesome to hear her sing! Could have watched the build beforehand though...
Stunning guitar, sounds amazing too.
When two of my youtube worlds collide - Looks gorgeous
Love this comment so much
I half expected Billy Bragg to start singing at the end.
Sounds as good as it looks
needs a string upgrade to D'Addario Chromes ECG24 if wound G perhaps halfrounds if not

Wow! Nice work
I really wish he shredded on it... That said, it still came out awesome! Awesome job Ben!
классная гитара !
Sound great

Holy shit that thing is sick. I want a bass that looks like that!
thats cool
Looks good; sounds pants!
It’s a masterpiece alright!! However I can hear slight ringing overtones, I get some people might like that.
I feel he's a guy that would benefit from flatwound strings.
Killer
I’ve been there!!!
I nearly laughed my dinner out at this comment. Love it. Looking forward to seeing you guys again

GORGEOUS. But the pickups sound lifeless. Not sure what you dropped in there, but a guitar this stunning deserves a better sound than that.
Is it a fact that, as stated, the Nebula is a similar price to a Fender Acoustasonic ??? I suspect not ...
Dear Sir. Please less Talking more Playing this Awesome Guitar 🎸 built By a Awesome Design
Thumbs Up#900 BIN-GOOO!!!...
When he said it costs the same as the fender acoustasonic, does he mean the American one or the new cheaper Mexican version 😉
So beautiful, to bad it's a one of a kind then again I wouldn't want anyone else haveing a guitar identical to mine lol this is why I make mine unique
I know exactly what you mean. That colour on a cheaper telecaster would be cool though
Same price as an Acoustasonic? I somehow can't believe that 😂

Looks fragile. Can't say it sounds too good to me either. Each to their own I guess.
Looks like it needs a jazz cat to show what it's really capable of
Play First, Shut Up Second!
Maybe consider not putting the mic directly in front of the guitar in future videos? Guitar is too pretty to hide.

Doesn't sound that good.
That was really cringe worthy watching.😳
