Amazing build by itself, but isn't positioning the bridge in that location forces to introduce two unnecessary bends on the angled strings, thus decreasing the possibility to go keep the strings tuned?
Epic. Please let us hear it. I'm guessing it will sound like raw empashonmeat sypmphonically screaming on sandpaper with some notes of harmosatanic discordiya. All real words I swear.
this is the best one ive seen, its actually, functional. great job, is there a sound demo? hows tuning stability? you are the only one who has put a tune o mattic bridge on the replica, i knew that would fix the tuning issues others have had before.
btw an ingame version has something similar to soviet (belarus) tunomatic-like bridges (they even had that cover plate). if you wanna see more search for "eg solo 2" UPD: wtf why YT doubles my replies
There's definitely room for improvement, but looks good all things considered! I'm glad to see more guitar build channels crop up, and props to you for taking on something so challenging! Just keep working on your craft :) Oh and for gods sakes, PLEASE clamp down whatever you're working on / drilling LMAO also cover up the part of the neck where it connects to the body! Please and thank you :)
It's an iconic guitar, for sure. I never understood why they chose this design instead of a headless design. Imho it would look even cooler if it was headless.
@@plonkosbrazoon from what i've been told, it's a lore thing that it was a signature model guitar and one of the first to move to that style of tuners and was basically custom chopped out of the equivelant of a pretty standard ibanez style model
regular PLA. I used a spray cooking oil as a release agent. Still took a fair bit of effort to get them out, but it works. I'd recommend a proper release agent, though, the oil kinda floated to the top and caused an uneven surface making more work to sand out. I did try a kind of TPE filament, too, but I had issues getting it to print properly. I think if you can have success with that then it could be better than normal PLA and possibly reusable, too.
This is an amazing build. You are definitely a master of your craft. I wish you would have played the guitar to let us hear it. At any rate great job. Thank you for posting the video.
That inlay is insane! Incredible dedication and craftsmanship. It'd be cool to hear how it sounds!
love the fingerboard inlay
Preem work V, you earned every single edi's
Dude, the soundtrack you picked for this video is absolutely banging, good shit.
Jesus man that build is fucking sick
the neck looks so wide my hands couldnt wrap around it besides that amazing
Make me one! I’ll buy!!!
lol the body looks so huge without any consistent radii on the corners.

Most guitars have a slight tilt to the neck or are saddled to keep tension under trem use....so as long as it's compensated shoyld be fine
I love this design just wish i had the skills and resources to make my own

can't wait to see your take on the crucible guitar! stellar work!
So cool
Looks super fucking cool
There is shit everywhere in the electronics, 😂 i don't feel so bad about mine now.
Those old punches are super cool and helpful. Had one at my old job but sadly, it broke.
DUDE
what a sick build
cool, interesting bridge concept. neck is a little too wide though, but nicely done.

Korez Guitars also had a JS guitar. Must seen - Building Johnny Silverhand's guitar The Anarchist

Headless tuners and then it just has a head anyway!? That's funny.
Is this your idol?
Because mine does.
PREEM!
Sick dude!
Hey man, great build! What is this bridge called?! Been searching for it but can't find :(
No sound test? Must be a pain in the as to keep in tune, right?
You gotta make a vid playin it so we can hear how it plays
Hey! I’m about to do this as well, do you by chance have a template for it?

So many mistakes. I loved it:)
Elaborate?
Gonna play it then or what?
Super cooL❤
What is the reason for this string angle? Is this baritone?
please tell me what kind of wood you used and how thick is it?
Any details on pickups and tuners?
beau boulot...
Thanks UA-cam for recomanding this. Good build.
😓😓

yeah it's confusing as to why it has headless bridge tuners but then still has a head, it doesn't need a head.

Guitars just don't look right without heads
Headless guitar look ugly af

Hello, WHAT TYPE OF FILAMENT DID YOU USE TO MAKE THE RESIN MOLDS?

How does it play?
