Wow! I personally never had that service of Consultation many of times felt as if their job was not interested to them as if I was wrong scheduling the apt.
i guess im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a method to get back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid lost the password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me.

Is doing a patch test part of the consultation when colouring hair I ran into a difficulty with a allergic reaction and it’s suggestions on ….now what?
As a client, have really been put off by stylists not paying any attention to me ,the client, instead talking with their colleagues all the time (and answering phone, booking others while I'm in the chair. Never checking in on how this is the length I want before they cut or ask how I want to style and just go ahead. It is a reason for me to not go there anymore.

Every hairdresser should watch this if you dont listen to your clients' concerns and do what you want to them you'll easily lose a client and make a bad reputation for doing what you want and not listening to what is their hair goals.
You must be able to take control of the client and make sure they know what you expect out of them just as much as what they expect out of you. For example being able to step away when they are on the phone instead of trying to work around the phone. Having good communication is going to encourage clients to come back.

Hate when they say: "It'll grow back." WHEN I WALKED IN, I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ".....FOR IT TO GROW BACK." I do NOT like salon products pushed ON me, ever.Period.Been there, done that.

looking for tech consultation advice and decided to listen to this and it is very relevant in many aspects.
1. Listen to your client.
2. Care about what your client is saying.
3. Make sure your client is comfortable around you.
4. Let your client trust you
