synergy is when two things joined together have a product different then just the sum of their products, it's when two graphs of potency are summed, or when two drugs have synergic relationship...they enhance each other's effect dramatically, like "potency". Group synergy gives an outcome impossible to reach by just summing the separate outcomes.
I get over 100 clients a months new ones. And I never pre book. We use booksy and all our clients book online. When they do it locks their appt down with card on file so they can't cancel unexpectadly or no show without being charged 50% of bill. With that said, I don't pre-book my clients because the app I use to book won't lock in the cancelation fee on my end. And I don't want to risk blocking my time out if they don't show. So how can I get them to rebook themselves before they go. While securing their card on file
hey Destiny, It can be challenging as an independent person to get everything done in the time you have for your appointment. As Christie mentions, start talking about it during the appointment. Also, we suggest having a strong script such as "This haircut (or color) will have a lifespan of about 6 weeks, let's get something set for you around that time which would be (whatever date that would be). What time works best for you?" Of course, you will find words that sound more like your voice but the important part is to have your script and to be very consistent even if you here "no thanks" a lot... eventually, they will come around when they can't just call in anytime they want and get a good appointment time!
