Have been to Bratislava once already but i am going back there very soon. Beside just visiting Bratislava, you will only be 1 hour away with public transport to explore Vienna as well. And (for me at least) its much cheaper to book a flight ticket to Vienna than to Bratislava and just taking a bus(I would advice Slovak Lines, free wifi, express and clean). The final stop will be at Nivy bus station which is right under a shopping mall.

@@TravelTimeChannel My husband is from Texas and he was already in Bratislava. I do not think you need a tourist visa, just you need to have your passport.

The man at work is a statue located in the center of two pedestrian streets in the town center. Laurinska and Panska streets.

Some dishes are these: Bryndzové halušky (sheep's cheese gnocchi)
Kapustnica (cabbage soup)
Goulash.
Bryndzové pirohy (potato dumplings)
Bratislavský rožok (poppyseed pastry)
Smažený syr (fried cheese)
Slovenske palacinky (Slovakian pancakes)

For sure there are much more better options to travel, but a one time visit at Bratislava is worth it.
Its a dump, stay away, full of rudeness and scammers, go to Vienna. Above all beware of the taxi drivers,
