i was there. Diamond was on fire. never stopped interacting with the crowd. band is insanely tight. 4th time i've seen them this tour. they're getting better and better as the tour progresses. they just seem more comfortable show by show. awesome.
Those two guys on stage together.... so epic. The closest you’ll ever come to seeing Real Magic happening.
Considering all the years that have gone by ,they are still on point and Dave still has his wild man voice.

Awesome band. Awesome times. History was made they are forever in the books of rock n roll. Good times good dam music. Ahhh the memories. Losing Eddie sucks and knowing what we have for vids music by these guys. Is it!!! But I will forever wave the Van Halen flag , so many great songs. Definitely one of the all time greats !!! R.I.P. EVH . We miss ya. Thank you for all the good times and music.

I hate when people judge singers on their live performance. He’s just entertaining, like a lot of other singers e.g. Mick Jagger, Phil Anselmo etc

You couldn’t go to a party or nightclub in the 80s and 90s without VH being the star of the evening ♥️I was lucky enough to see them 3;times ,1986,1987 , and 1992 @ the Cumberland County Civic Center ( now Cross Arena) in Portland ,Maine ,,,but ,,,but I never saw them w DLR ,,my brother saw them @ Madison Square Garden w DLR around 1984,,,what I remember distinctly from the AWESOME 1992 show ,I went w my best friend Steve Mains ,who is no longer here 😰,i think it was the Poundcake tour w SH ,is that Alice n Chains opened for VH ,and towards the end of the ANC show people started hollering for EVH and Layne Staley hocked a wad of spit into the front row ,I take it not too pleased w people hollering for Eddie during ANCs show,two years later Staley was dead ,another one taken @ 27 from heroin

Grow up single men... hating on VH... if you don't like them... don't watch them or listen to them. As far as verbatim vocals and lyrics... (some of you may need to google what the big word verbatim means), don't ever expect a band to sound like they did when they recorded it. Common sense is what most rookie concert attendees' mistake. Very good showmanship, sound, etc. for these rockers without walkers!!!

I agree Dave's "singing" is embarrassingly bad, you can't even call it singing. He keeps stepping all over the guitar and rhythm like he doesn't even know how the songs are supposed to sound. He is trying to look like he is intensely into the music but it is so obvious that he just isn't into it anymore.
He would be happier in Vegas crooning these songs with an orchestra behind him...

After seeing dave back with van halen, its safe to say that now they can get a new singer and we'll be ok with it. Just wanted to see if this experiment would work
Pretty funny hearing the trolls who weren't even there or went to a show on the tour. Those of us who seen it in person were blown away. UA-cam vids do no justice. They still got it amazingly, so stop living in 1981 mullets. But yes, Dave is def the weakest link.

Does David Lee Roth even look AT the Live Songlist to see what song they are actually playing? He's like a drunk guy on Karaoke Night that comes up, ripping the microphone from the singer's hand, and singing the song that he has never heard before, talking his way through most of it. So sad.....No wonder the Original Van Halen could never release a Live Album with Roth. No one would have bought it.
Roth's voice is spent and has been since the late eighties and now in his late sixties the man is half nuts but it should be pointed out that in his day Roth not only sang as good as any of the leading Rock / Metal lead vocalists but also wrote some of the most poignant, creative and slick lyrics to complement great rock tunes ever. Can you even imagine a different set of lyrics for classics like Ain't Talking 'bout Love, Mean Streets, Unchained, Jump, Panama, Running with the Devil, etc, etc ?

No matter how you slice it - would rather see EVH with crappy vocals playing the best songs they ever recorded than hear Sammy (who is awesome, and quite frankly better, on his own) sing the poppy version of VH - which pales in comparison.
Dave was completely lost so Eddie stopped as to Reset Dave.

That’s a register you can still hit. Then, say the CORRECT lyrics on the CORRECT beat. Why? Because the song is the way we KNOW it. And when you change it, it throws us off.
