As much of a fan I am of joe rogan, I felt at a certain level he is a self aware wolf. He will talk about religion and women in Islam khabibs ideology and see everything through a western white male’s lens rather than try to reorient his perspective. I could be wrong but that’s how I feel.
Khabib said previously he wants to go on rogans podcast but before that he wants to improve his English. I think he’s taking these smaller podcasts as practice before he goes on rogans podcast since it’s much larger
it would be interesting if khabib goes to lex fridman's podcast both are Russian so there won't be a language barrier

Dagestan is technically Russia. Just because he’s a Muslim doesn’t mean he’s from Arab descent. He’s almost close to being South Asian (Afghanistan)
That’s not what he meant he just meant that he was popular in the Middle East (and of course he is) and also there are more then just us Arabs in the Middle East brother there’s tons of different ethnic groups

2nd khabib is from Dagestan the only reason why he is close to us is bc of Soviet Union his country was under Soviet rule and Afghanistan was under Soviet influence and was suppose to be last country to enter the Soviet Union but afghans said fuck no. For that reason all central Asian countries culture have been mixed also all central Asian countries and cacusus countries hv somewhat similar culture but still very different genetically especially Caucasus(Dagestan, Armenia, Azerbaijan etc )

It's not as dumb as you think. Khabib is not just seen as a Dagestani figure or even a Russian figure, his biggest identity is actually as a Muslim. So he does have a lot of connections in the Muslim world.
