I've listened to a few people who are all talking about how to cope with anxiety but as soon as I started listening to your videos I was impressed by how much more clearly you present things. Thank you very much.
Went to the ER the other night for a MASSIVE panic attack.. been mentally freaking out ever since.. then I found you… you’re helping me so far until I can get Medicaid on Monday… and hopefully eventually seek therapy
These videos, including your Ted Talk have helped me start to change my mindset around anxiety as an illness. I hope you keep making them! Not many resources I have seen use this approach. I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and put on a medication for 6 years. I am struggling off of them but I am hoping to find a medication free approach to one day lead a “normal” life.
Hi Lauren. So pleased the message is resonating and yes, I will keep making the videos. If you make sure you work with your medical professional to come off any meds in the correct way then I feel certain you will achieve your goal of being meds free. Remember, a disorder is defined as a state of confusion. The good news is that it’s not a permanent state. You will get the other side of this. 😊
I visited my GP 2 and half years ago and through her support I was able to get psychotherapy to deal with childhood trauma, childhood bereavement and anxiety. I had to wait 18 months for therapy through NHS and I was put on medication until I had therapy. I can now say through my GP support and therapy I am medication free. It took 6 months to come off the medication and it is not something you can come off right away. Both medication and therapy helped me manage my emotional issues I had. I am now using the techniques I learnt to deal with my feelings with exercise, journaling, self care, seeking out nature.
Love this. It’s all about finding the right way for us as an individual and reaching out when necessary to get the support we require at that time. Awesome!
Found your Site only a couple of days ago,I think your advice is fantastic. I awoke this morning, and began feeling anxious,I listened to you program on Waking up feeling anxious. I got up and Cycled 10 miles to my partner's house.During the Journey my thoughts were of Suicide.Trying to remove the thoughts proved difficult, and also increased my level of anxiety.I am now at home and have just listened to a Couple of your episodes which has helped.Any of your thoughts would be appreciated.G
Hi Gordon. Have you taken a look at my video about Intrusive Thoughts? It might be of value to you. ua-cam.com/video/aHtDeMpk8lA/v-deo.html I'm glad the videos are resonating with you.

That’s awesome Angela. So pleased the message is helping. 😊
This is brilliant. Thank you. I’m almost through a bad patch. There is normality on the other side.
That's great to hear. Glad this helped.
