  • Savory garlic butter is very easy to make and needs just 3 ingredients. Butter is flavored with minced garlic and parsley. Use it to flavor bread, roast, vegetables, or even stir it with pasta.
    Ingredients
▢1 stick salted butter softened at room temperature
    ▢2 cloves garlic minced
▢1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped or chives
    Instructions
    1. Before you start, you need softened butter. Leave the butter in a bowl on the counter at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
    2. Add softened butter, minced garlic, and finely chopped parsley into a bowl.
    3. Mix it all together.
    4. Transfer to a small jar.
    5. Store in refrigerator.
    6. Spread it generously on a baguette and bake it for 1-2 minutes to make garlic bread, spoon a dollop over pork roast or beef, on top of baked potatoes, stir with hot pasta.

What...you didn't want to hear about how crazy their week has been and to please excuse their voice, they've been under the weather and still recovering (that gets so old)
      Anyways..let's even add in a sponser 😃
(For those who didht get it, I'm being sarcastic)
It's great when people get right to the point.

Probably the most annoying video I've ever clicked on was a video on what to do for a smoky oven, causing the fire alarm to go off...which was my situation at the time. So obviously, I'm in a rush and this man wants to joke around and talk about how smoky ovens can happen to anyone blah blah n I'm like
      Shuttttt Upppp😠😠💪🏼💪🏼
I just clicked off, the man could not shut the freak up n he was raising my blood pressure lol

Roasting the garlic will remove the sharp taste, which in my opinion is crucial for creating good garlic butter. But im aware some country like korea doesnt mind eating raw garlic and their taste bud has adapted to it. So you do what you want

    • @JyothiRajesh

This butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
To store longer, freeze it. It stays good for up to 6 months.
You can freeze butter in ice cube trays, once set, remove it from the ice cubes transfer it to an air-tight freezer box, and store it in freeze. This ensures an easy-to-take portion of just enough for use.

    • @JyothiRajesh
      @JyothiRajesh  4 дні тому

I wouldn't recommend storing at room temperature for more than a day as bacteria can flourish. There is fresh garlic and fresh herbs added, so I would not keep it at room temperature for more than a day. Always store in the refrigerator.

I have stored it in the fridge for 2 weeks and it stays good. I guess it keeps for 2-3 weeks stored in the refrigerator. For longer storage, you can freeze it. It will last a year.
