    I hv a dbt dr.. skipping breakfast is not healthy..but intermittent fasting is good... it's also like skipping breakfast

      The science behind intermittent fasting is completely different.
      A normal person needs his energy levels to be maintained constantly, when it drops he starts to do emotional eating (mostly includes junk food and in high quantities) which may lead to health issues.
      But a person who is following intermittent fasting is doing it to reduce the excess fat in the body and takes only healthy foods during the eating window which provides energy for the rest of the day.
      If we follow 16:8 IF, eating window can be between 10am to 6pm which can automatically include breakfast, lunch and dinner.

      Yes, you can do skipping.
      If you are a beginner, it is best to jump rope 1 to 3 times a week for 5 minutes. If you are a regular jumper, you can increase the frequency and timing.
