Her recent book, "BETTER NOW: 6 Big Ideas to Improve Health Care for All Canadians" presents a vision for improving health outcomes that builds on the single-payer structure of the existing physician and hospital system. Martin rose to UA-cam fame in the US when a video clip of her presentation to the US Senate on the Canadian health care system went viral in 2014.
