@@tonyjhughes Thanks. I thought I might miss the midges in October, but will certainly take precautions just in case, including my trusty bug net. Cheers
I wish I could’ve. I used the DJI Pocket 2 to film most of the video on this one, not sure I can get a polarising filter for it. But I will definitely try that more when I’m filming with my ZV-E1 going forward 👍
Hi Tony while looking for reviews and photography in and around Luskentyre found your vlog Brill Liked and subscribed .( house keeping done ) so like you mentioned your self and other famous photographers spending time here and i can see why . looks fantastic and lots of landscape photo opportunities like your images' the one that got you wet feet with the blurry waves amongst the wind swept beach . my main question is where did you eat strange one i know ,where did you get food from every day , not like you can just nip to Tesco and you also mentioned hiring a campervan and more info on that would be most helpful , looking forwards to you next vlogs
David I don't mind the ego boost of the housekeeping, much appreciated!! For food we did stock up on the Isle of Skye before we got the ferrry over, so did have plenty in the van. We also drove back over to Tarbert, there was a food van that I can't remember the name of which did some tasty grub. As for the van, we used Four Seasons Campers, definately recommend them. They're based just outside of Alexandria at the bottom of Loch Lomond. Left the car on their farm and simply went exploring in the van! If you want to get in contact further, just hit me up on any of my socials or website (links in description). Be more than happy to help were I can
Superb vlog and shots Tony, look forward to part 2👍
Thanks! Hopefully I'll get it done soon :)
Lovely.
Great work -- superb images and entertaining and informative vid! Very useful for me as I make plans for my first visit to Scotland in October.
Glad you enjoyed it 😁😁 October… I would make provisions for the midge invasion. Lots of Smidge repellent!! Hope you enjoy your trip 👍

It been a long time since I enjoyed a vlog. Congrats Tony on the excellent work. Not jealous at all. Subscribed and Liked.
That’s awesome! So happy you enjoyed the content 🤘🤘 hopefully I can keep the standards up so you can enjoy some more!!!
could you use a polarising filter on your video camera to cut the glare on the screen on the back of your camera? Just a thought that crossed my mind
