Really love that all of the bedrooms are a decent size even on the smaller Brighton with more than just barely enough room for a bed and two nightstands spanning all of a wall. Taylor Morrison also offers the pass through from the primary closet to the laundry room in their Antigua model. I wish this were are gas community and that the vanity in the primary bath was cut in half to make room for a small freestanding tub. You can probably still have a standard sized vanity with two sinks installed even after adding the tub.
