Del Webb is sold out but the possibility of a resale is there. I believe there are plans for 2 more coming in 2025. Is that your preference?

That will be Kolter but not a Crestwind Community. We should have details for both late in 2024. What about a 55+ Community interests you? North River Ranch may still have some feature and amenities you'll like.

How about the tax and the insurance
Generally you can estimate about 2.5% for real estate taxes and insurance for a year. we do hope to see insurance rates decrease into the next year.
