I feel sorry for this guy....this case is common when mixed race children are raised and bought up in white areas of England. Probably haven't been exposed to his black side...doesn't know the culture. Probably doesn't have black or Asian friends. He doesn't feel like he belongs anywhere. His white in brown skin technically and it's sad.
He needs to move to a area of England where it's more ethically diverse.
Let's be honest England is racist. But if you live in cities like London, Birmingham and Manchester you won't be exposed too much of the racist bullshit.
You need to move to areas where you be more accepted as a person of colour that's the truth.
I wish him and his partner all the best.

@@theduke6174 don't get me wrong i know better than to say every member of a race thinks the same, but from my personal experience of being mixed white british and black jamaican - family, friends and just socially in general, i have felt a division or say seperation ( on both sides ) due to what could only be my skin colour and heritage.. the OP i replied to from @dior pretty much reinforces that. To summarise what i believe the root of it to be, is, that having lighter skin, to be a shade closer to white is somehow percieved to be an accomplishment, as if the notion of white supremacy is true, and being white affords one more opportunities or freedoms/ or less prejudice. Obv i know thats an ignorant thought or belief, but do believe some black ppl hold it and see me as having an unfair advantage over them - as if i were white. It's ironic that both cultures i was born of believe this about the other part of me, and so as i said originally in response to @dior, being mixed comes with all of the same struggles, without the solace of unquestioned unity from either lineage.

We’re doing this young man a major disservice if we allow him to think his race is the whole reason he is unlucky in life. It appears he’s had a tough childhood which happens to many regardless of ethnicity. He hasn’t had consistent positive parenting. He’s in “attack” mode. Showing any vulnerability (not weakness) or kindness, connection would be perceived as weakness by him and may have led to bad experiences when he was younger. His ethnicity is never going to change. Skill sets and expectations can though. Best of luck to him

One of the reasons why this poor guy is angry because his mum was a drug addict and seen her get beaten up...then tragically she died.....he was subjected to racial abuse from a young age from children his own age...he was bought up in a predominantly white racist area and has not had the opportunity to be exposed to other cultures even though his of mixed heritage. Who wouldn't be angry and confused?!
People who say multiculturalism doesn't work is ignorant, uneducated and is not willing to have the opportunities to mix with other races and learn about other cultures. But I bet they would have a curry on a Friday night.

Don't get mad at my below comments, I'm just giving you my own experience as a mixed race 32 year old male (white mother, black father).
You will do significantly better in life (career wise) if you generally behave in a manner that is familiar to MIDDLE CLASS white people. If you want a well paid job in the UK, you are almost guaranteed to have to go via some kind of white middle manager type, who holds the key to your potential employment.
Understand that the black culture you were raised with will have given you mannerisms that may seem strange to middle class white people.
You also really need to listen to the manner in which you speak. For example, the way that young black people in London talk, their pronunciation of words and the phrases they use like "U GET ME FAM"... Understand that the accent sounds HORRIFYING to middle class white people, and they likely associate it with knife crime, which means you won't be offered the job...There is a famous saying which goes "When in Rome, Do as the Romans do". And I see a lot of black/mixed race people who forget that they are in Rome.

I know a guy who was drafted into the army and was sent to Vietnam and people that look Chinese and Asian shot at him and killed all his friends and somehow he was so tough and so mean by the time he left they couldn't kill him too. Then when he was home if he was someplace and an Asian person came there he would tell them to leave him alone and go away. So where does this person's rights as a mental patient with someone with a disability from the army collide with the rights of other people to be Asian?

Yes unfortunately, xenophobes can and do discriminate against anything remotely different but you can't deny the significance of skin colour/ethnicity is a very significant factor. I have friends of different ethnic backgrounds who have never experienced any racism and if anybody said anything insulting to them whilst i was with them i would jump in and have a right go. I have seen plenty of "racism between Asians (pakistani bangladeshi indian) and afro caribbeans and somalians and others

No one should feel sorry for someone who has lied on a program to make out he's a good lad when hes anything but he made my life hell among others he was friends with, to which basically chased me and my siblings out of school plenty police reports and school teacher statements from the school psychologist to back the emotional scars and some actual physical scars caused by him personally. The boy who supposedly broke his nose was another black boy called kasper and he didn't break his nose.
Josh if you read this yeh i have a whole books worth of physiological scars you and the rest of Bradford primary including teachers and some of Holsworthy community college your prejudice against Scottish, wasn't just you but I'm still haunted by the memories of you and your friends who made my life hard to live for my whole childhood. I'm mixed race and I grew up in Birmingham and still live here. I never really experienced any racism and I was friends from people of all different races. There wasn't that much racism but when there was it was from people of all ethnicity. I can't talk for everybody but from my experience many people of all races experience racism. Racism was usually due to people just disliking each other. There was no blatantly racist person who hated everyone of a particular colour that I knew of. I just stayed out of trouble and if anyone tried to start anything with me I would ignore them. I never had to fight anybody. This video does come across as its not my fault that I did bad things it's my skin colours fault. 2 years sounds a bit much but it isn't elaborated or given any context so I assume it was a fair sentence. Sometimes I get tired of people saying how tough their life is and it's their skin colours fault. I'll admit I have had it easy but I think this constant I'm this colour and this is why I am a victim because of it. Its like these people try to go through their entire lives and pick out every bit to add to a sob story. I'm not denying that racism doesn't exist. However, every race experiences racism and every race has been slaves. These videos just divide us even more.

Totally feel you brother..most people chose not to understand us..
The truth is it's OK to be anybody, white,Biracial, black and Latino whatever. The may point is always being responsible with our choices and to be sincere with our intentions..
I'd admit many dark-skinned black fathers don't really care for their biracial sons or have really bad relationships with them..The truth is they often secretly(with mental dishonesty or morally ambiguity) want their biracial sons to compensation for their fathers who rejected their black woman first..
That's why black fathers develop grudges with their biracial sons when they're with a white woman themselves, totally it's hypocritical!!
I'll admit as a biracial male I am more attracted to white women and I know my father hates me for it..There's indeed a lot of contradictions in interracial relationships and strangely many white women who prefer dark-skinned black not only reject white men but also belittle biracial men,it totally weird!!
As far as this notion of having the best of 2 worlds because is your mixed is a lie or an illusion for most of us biracial guys, this "one-drop rule" contradicts that...
Mmm..yes it might be true that most black fathers don't really care about their mixed kids as much, especially biracial sons..Infact I think most black people are not genuine about social harmony,it feels the only thing they want is just a lighter-skinned opposite sex partner...
You might have a point, never saw it like that growing but my experiences as a biracial person as led me to this conclusion..
My point is if dark-skinned black fathers don't want their sons to be with white women, then they themselves should stay with dark-skinned black women otherwise it doesn't make any sense this contradiction on their part..
And those white women who only date dark-skinned black men are indeed fools in rejecting not only white men but even biracial men!!!
