I bought a couple of her videos 10 years ago after I had my first child. These videos got me back into shape. I just had my fourth children a couple months ago. So I'm to go back to what worked the other 3 times. Hopefully it works just as well.
I hate practising sports and never found anything that could motivate me but these videos with Denise are awesome, everybody can do it and she's so motivating and always smiling, I try to practise 15 minutes everyday for a start but hope to practise longer later, I wish to lose at least 10 kilos and hope these will help me!
Good for you! We love Denise's positive energy too! It defintely helps motivate a workout to keep up that same attitude!
This is my favorite workout video. She does a really great job of slowly building up the intensity. I just wish it were longer.
I LOVED Denise Austin when she'd be on lifetime 7a-8a Monday-Friday and she'd tell you to go through the commercials totally a full one hour workout! I had forgotten about her until recently and will be doing these for heart health and my blood pressure
Me too! I remember working out to her videos as a teen without having to mess with playlists or wifi, just turn on the tv at a certain time and there she was. Adding this one to my workout playlist
Love Denise she got me in shape 17 years ago and is gettting me back in shape now!

this is such a workout! your body doesn't need to be in sheer agony to lose weight, and i was sweating and so tired after this one, cause i really used my muscles! thanks SO much! i'm 105 pounds and i'm hoping to get to 90 :D

lol she is very perky. she's kinda like the Energizer Bunny on steroids and not everybody's cup of tea, BUT she knows what she's doing. I've been following DA for many years and I have tried many different exercise programs. She is one of the best and helped pioneer many of the trainers you see today. No matter what I try, I always have a soft spot in my heart for Denise Austin.

This workout really spent a lot of time on one sequence of moves but I did like the cardio workout from it.

:DI love Denise Austin and her workouts are definitely very helpful. The only "problem" I have with this workout is that it's almost like trying to memorize a dance routine, because it's not exactly simple and easy to follow at times. Oh well, that's probably good for your brain as well. But I think some of her shorter workouts are more intense and give your body a harder workout in a shorter amount of time. Other than that, great workout:).

I can't believe this is almost 20 minutes. Every time I do this exercise I'm thinking it's at least 12. But she makes it fun. I did this just last Friday

I have been taking “Weight Loss Idealiss” for the last few weeks in combination with an increase in exercise. I have noticed I am eating less and feeling fuller after I started taking these pills, and havent noticed any negative side effects. So far so good, I have lost about 5 lbs and will continue taking these to help me get down to my desired weight....
Good luck and wish you succeed just one advice. Its much better to exercise in the morning till early in the afternoon and not at nights. :)

don't stick to the same routine, mix and match workouts. make sure you have a good mixture of strength and cardio.
Oh and this is actually a very good cardio workout to add to any routine :)
Flex the abs. She describes it in pilates as zipping up your natural corset. Just keeping the abs firm. Usually through out the entire workout.

How many KL Cal burn for thid VDO?
its an awesome wrkout...i want to burn my belly fat(post pregnancy fat) and tone up my body..
First time I tried this video I gave up because I thought it was too fast, but I watched it through and now I keep up just fine. I shake it up every so often with a couple of her other videos that I've watched through as well. The yoga videos are just too fast though, by the time I get in the poses she's moved onto another one :|

Hello there, have you considered "Belly Fat TorchMax" (just search on Google for it ...)? On their website you will find a helpful free video. This helped Ashley to get rid of her stomach fat. It may work for you as well...
