I really enjoyed this. As a cancer survivor, they pulled my lymph nodes and stretching and breathing are so important to keep lymph fluid from puffing you up.. I do this after a rebounder session. Love how there is a counter and you know how long to hold/breathe.
If you don't feel challenged during this workout (or any Go workout), increase the number of reps per minute. Keep in mind that they women are only going as slow as they are for demonstration purposes.

Ashley Grice not negative, just saying I'm not a fan of this style, I like that it is informative about Pilates exercises and I appreciate the thorough explanation of positioning before the exercises begin, I just prefer something more flowy, so I'm letting people know you can add your own flare to this to make it flow for you.
Neither can I, my wrists are, sadly, very weak and they collapse. During push ups, I usually just grab my hand weights and do whichever arm exercise I am in the mood for.

Yeah, keep your knees on the ground and your back flat if standard push-ups are too much.
