I cant even believe this. Thank you for this video it makes so much sense. Wow, this came at the right time! I was wondering why my heart rate was up and I was feeling more anxious. Even just moving around in the kitchen in the evening making dinner, my heart rate would go to 85bpm. My resting heart rate was (hihi for me) in the mid 60's! During the summer I was eating so much fruit! Every day. Several cups of mango, watermelon, peaches, cherries, nectarines, pineapple, etc.. I LOVE fruit! However I decided maybe I was eating too much.. So I tried an experiment. I cut out ALL fruit, and the other carbs which was just corn tortillas and oatmeal. I just ate Lost of vegetables, leafy greens, olive oil, walnuts and salmon. Within a week, I had calmed down, my resting heart rate is now around 55, and I don't that that anxiety or high heart rate when simply doing small chores. I feel so calm now, it's lovely! I do not like meat, so I could never go carnivore, but I love salmon! I will stick to what I have been doing, because it works!

I am glad my video helped. I am also glad that you were able to see that fruit was causing some of your anxiety. I definitely believe we need meat in our daily nutrition but if what you are doing works for you that's great ☺

I am the same, have histamine issues even to meat and very sensitive to blood sugar changes. I do wonder if the anxiety and hypervigilance is actually the root cause of why we have issues with fruit/blood sugar and not the other way around.

That’s an interesting concept, definitely going to look into that
