      Good advice. But, how do you remove the noise with 4 children surrounding you? 😂😂

      @@ianstuart5660 Haha, the noise she's talking about is people questioning you and thinking you're crazy for being so extreme. Pretty sure she meant it metaphorically.

    I cheated while I was on my carnivore diet too. It was hard the entire time. She was my neighbor but looked at me like I was steak. I just couldn’t resist. 😊

    How are fruit animal based, what!? 😂 and honey is just unhealthy, period.

    • @kristinnicolecarrera
      @kristinnicolecarrera Місяць тому

      An animal-based diet includes fruit because it focuses on getting most of your nutrients from animal products, but certain fruits are added for extra vitamins and nutrients. Even though fruits don’t come from animals, they are still allowed in and animal-based diet. As for raw honey, some people think it’s not good because of the sugar, but there are studies showing it has benefits like antioxidants. Everyone’s different-some do well with it, and others prefer to skip it. You don’t have to include it if you don’t want to! 🤪 If you check out Dr. Paul Saladino, he has a lot of info on this.
