Thanks for this tutorial, now I can finally lose all my money making low-effort nfts drawing over photos in procreate, very cool!
Ha! I wish you all the best from that. You never know!
@@FrankCurkovic So Is there a way to use my Ipad and trace my images directly onto my ipad and then download them to place on Etsy?? Im sure there is a way to do it but......
Yes! Trace on a new layer. When done, turn off or delete the photo layer. One thing to keep in mind is you will want to create a doc with 300dpi and larger dimensions, especially if doing print on demand.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thank you soo much it’s help me
Most welcome 😊
@@FrankCurkovic How do you remove all of the background from the flower you just traced over?? I am trying to create images that i can save and put on Etsy. thank ya
I have replied to your other question/comment. I wrote: "Trace on a new layer. When done, turn off or delete the photo layer. One thing to keep in mind is you will want to create a doc with 300dpi and larger dimensions, especially if doing print on demand."
Awesome
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
Great tutorial! But I do have a question. How did your flower drawing have a transparent background?
I drew using only line and no fill. My photo layer is above the background layer, which is usually white, and below the flower drawing layer. Make sense? You can also turn off the background layer by unclicking the box in the layers panel.
Thanks for lying for absolutely no reason
Not sure I follow your comment. Tracing a photo is an easier step for beginners. As shown in the other examples at beginning of the video, others artists can draw their own elements over a photo. Your job as an artist is to apply your creativity to the technique. Thanks for taking the time to comment though.
