I love bean sprouts, or anything sprouted, for that matter: broccoli sprouts, radish, alfalfa - love it all, raw in salads. My bean sprouts always go soggy when I cook them, though.

Something that I mentioned before, I do like dishes that are cheap, using few ingredients and easy to make. They relate to real life.. I like seeing lobster recipes.. Thanks for watching. If your bean sprouts are soggy, try draining them longer and reduce the cooking time.
