As a former Rock Radio DJ and stubborn SOB who listens almost exclusively to Rock and Metal, I'm widening my horizons and listening to music I would have never ever listened to before.

When I first used to listen to this, I had been married for over a decade, and I would make my heart constrict thinking about losing him like this. Maybe you just needed more life experience to understand what the loss would be yourself?
Of course I did. I thought it was a great idea to revisit this! That said… trust me… I’ve had more “life experience” than I particularly wish to think about at the moment. 🥲💜

James Blunt surprised me too. He was probably one of my most hated artists because of “You’re Beautiful” and I REALLY like his stuff now. I guess I’m getting soft in my old age. 🤷♂️💜

@@ReactionsThatRock Haha I think my introduction to BTS and other Korean sourced music was a bit different... I've been teaching English to adults in Korea for over 5 years now! I love all my students and they've always been kind enough to share their culture with me. I hope to visit them next year.
There's also nothing wrong with "going soft". One of the most amazing things about being human is change and discovery. Who wants to be the same?
